I see what you're saying, but remember... I did a test to see what I actually use.

- I can find when movies are playing through Safari with ease.
- What's on TV? Don't care.
- What song is playing? I know my own music and I hate the radio.
- I don't buy books.
- Sports? Not for me.
- Listen to radio? I already don't like radio and plus, it doesn't run in the background. (It does in Safari though)
- I don't need to do photo editing on an iPhone. I have a computer for that.
- Check my memory? Are you talking about RAM? No need to... I'm on 2.2.1.
- Go to my bank site? First of all, my bank doesn't have any apps and second of all, my bank's website doesn't even work on the iPhone.

You're trying to convince me to use more apps that just don't interest me.

No. He's not trying to CONVINCE you to use more apps. He was questioning your usage and logic.

Do you have a reading comprehension problem? Seriously...

...SNIP...You're trying to convince me to use more apps that just don't interest me.

Those were just examples. Most people fall into the category of using those apps though. I guess you don't, but I'd guess you are in the monority.

The next Spaz post is going to be:

"Anybody else go back to the Razr?

I did an analysis and made some graphs of my iPhone usage. Turns out, most of the usage I had was from making phone calls and text messages. What do I need all this complicated iPhone mess for if I can just text my friends and ask them to Google something for me?

Here's an animated gif showing you how much cleaner the home screen is on a Razr than an iPhone."

Hahahahahaha. That actually made me laugh. You are funny... that other guy is just plain mean. *cough*samcraig*cough*

Actually, I see a future Spaz post being"

"Let's go back to usung land lines!"

It's simpler, no screens to look at. No memory issues or lag.

When you're away from home, people can leave a voice mail.

I could have just one page of Apps, easily, cause I never use most of mine. But I know once I do delete them, I'm gonna want them back... I only have the home-page and another page and a half of Apps, though. So I'm slowly cutting down

Dammit. There goes my idea of going back to tin cups and string. No voicemail!

It's not not as clean looking since there's the string and all.

I think it's a great idea to have just one page of apps. It's actually saving my battery a little because before, if I turned on my iPhone, I'd slide to unlock, then I'd swipe my finger back and forth for a little while trying to decide what to do, then I'd go for Twitterrific. The swiping thing is just some sort of fidget thing I do. It's just fun to do... it's like taping fingers on a desk... I don't really know why I do it, I just do. Just being able to turn my iPhone on and have all of my apps in plain view is kinda nice. Now, I'm breaking the habit of swiping back and forth.

You know what I mean?

Okay, it's time. This should solve all your issues and make the iPhone a much more enjoyable experience. :)

Well, I really love texting on it. The keyboard can't be beat! I also love it for the web browsing and iPod functions built in. I'm also fond of Mail with MobileMe. It couldn't be easier to send and receive email. Visual Voicemail is a nice add-on.

That's like asking "Why did people have iPhones before the App Store". The App Store isn't the only thing that the iPhone has going for it. That reminds me... I could probably hide the App Store icon since I probably won't be using it. Hmm...

So I was right. The iPhone screen doesn't actually look cleaner as you originally stated. It's JUST a mental thing. YOU prefer knowing you only have one page and it prevents you from fidgeting....

It doesn't actually look cleaner. To you it feels cleaner. Much like (in another thread) 2.2.1 feels faster to you versus 3.0 when others might FEEL differently. Glad we got THAT settled!

So you're basically bragging that you don't have any apps? Good for you? You know what I prefer to do? Load all the apps I want and then navigate to them using spotlight. Clutter doesn't matter when it finds it instantly, no matter what page it's on. Have fun not having the ability to search. I've seen your other threads, you really need some expert help.

I tried Spotlight for finding my apps and it actually takes longer to pull up spotlight, start typing something in, then taping the app once it's found. Also, Spotlight doesn't have autocorrect so if you miss a letter, you gotta delete and hit the right letter. That's counter productive to me. It's much easier to just swipe to the app. Once you get familiar with what page your app is on, it becomes easier.

I wasn't bragging. I was wondering if anyone felt the same as me. I really wish all of my friends would stop using Twitter so I didn't have to use it... oh well. Twitterrific is one of the finest apps I've ever used.

No. No one feels the same as you. That must make us all LIARS, right? We all must not see how much cleaner NOT having apps is.

And here's a thought. If you don't want to keep checking twitter. Don't use the app. Delete that too. You don't HAVE to use it. You choose to. Your friends don't have to stop doing what they enjoy to help you.

You really do think the world revolves around you, don't you?

Okay, stop talking to him like that (see below).

All the time. I spend a lot of time skateboarding actually. Wanna see my video?

The first trick with the guy kickflipping down the stairs is not me but the rest of it is.

I've finally figured this out. You're 15, at home for the summer, and have nothing better to do than make up crazy posts. I bet you're laughing your butt off!

Yes, now it makes a lot of sense. He has nothing else to do but stare at his iPhone and make brutal skateboarding videos of himself. It was his self-proclaimed graphic artist and iPhone developer designations that confused me initially, but now it's all falling into place.

Spaz, have you found the thread you claim I made complaining about AT&T service yet? I'm still waiting...

People seem to like to talk to me on Twitter so if I don't check it I miss my messages.

I'm not 15, I don't go to school. I'm 26. I've graduated from High School and College already and I have a cool job. I don't live with my parents.

I didn't mean to make it sound like YOU posted about AT&T, but I was wondering if it would have *fit this forum* better if I complained about AT&T or talked about the next iPhone killer. I didn't mean for it to be directly related to you, but there are other dumb threads out there. I thought I was starting an interesting and original topic. So sue me. :(

Hahaha!!!! If this is true, I like thespaz even more!!!! Lmao!:p

But 15 with a bank account? Idk.

Ponder this. If you DIDN'T have twitter, they couldn't message you that way - right?

But my point, which you missed as usual is that you think the world revolves around you. Better to have your friends give up twitter than you have that ONE app on your phone.

To the other posters - age isn't an issue. I've seen 12 year olds with enormous maturity, logic and intelligence and I've seen 40 year olds who would cross the street without even looking.
