The $650 trade-in program splits the rebate over 24 months, so I'll stick with my iphone 7 for another year to get the full rebate. I went with the thano tech bumper for the 7 and it feels like a different phone than my iPhone 6 with the spigen case. Still like the Jet black finish too.

I have a 7 that is great but I will turn it in to Verizon for the credit after I receive my 8. I could probably net $150 more selling it but the hassle isn't worth it for me. Selling will probably be a very slow process since there will be so many 7's on the market. I will get the 8 on Verizon and I have 14 days to turn in the 7.

I will end up trading my iPhone 7 Plus back into My Carrier. I realize it's going to take quite some time for me to receive the OLED model, but I'm more than content using my iPhone 7 until then. It's been a great iPhone.

Leaning towards keeping mine. I'm super excited for the 8, but this 7 is still running so great. Even on iOS 11 beta, it's still as fast as 10.3.3. I can sell the device, but I'd still have to pay $500-600 plus tax for the iPhone 8 assuming it'll be $999. I don't know that I can justify that when this phone is still super fast. I'd be paying all that money just for a bezel-less screen, wireless charging (which I might still have to pay extra for), and faceID which should pretty much give me the same experience as touchID but without touching the phone. I'm sure the phone will be faster, but it probably won't even be noticeable for me since this 7 is already super fast. The presentation is going to have to really impress me, or the price will have to be quite a bit lower, to get me to spend that money.

No, I will keep my 7+ for at least another year. Wireless charging is of no interest to me, and the 7+ is still plenty fast enough. My apple toys budget is going towards replacing my Mac this year.

I do Plan on upgrading to the latest iPhone when it releases. But truthfully, I have actually enjoyed my 7+ a lot, where I'm not eager to sell it or trade it in immediately. And wireless charging won't be for me, even though it will have a convenience factor attached. I still prefer using a lightning cable for most of my needs and using it while charging.
