Anyone NOT watching the Olympics?

I'm not opposed to the idea, and I've watched all the others that have been on more or less since I was born.

But, for some reason, I have zero interest this year. Or, more accurately, I don't have enough interest to cause me to sit down and tune in NBC and watch. I'm sure that, if I sat down and it was on, I'd watch. But it isn't, and so I don't.

Meeee eee... I just can't find the time like I would for the Summer Olympics.. I don't know why... 😛
 
Did i miss something or is BDSM now a part of the winter olympics?😕

So would someone go ahead and beat me! Wow, i just realized that sounds dirty in an entirely different way....lol
 
Is American Idol an olympic event because that is what the people seem to be watching. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Can NBC show me one event and finish it before they start another one, don't show me 10 minutes then switch to something else.
 
There's an Olympics on?

(No TV + Insane project deadlines / sleep deprivation = "Where am I and what month is this?")
 
No TV ... i refuse to watch commercials. It's almost stopped me from going to the theater(s) as well. Sports have so much advertising it's sickening. Temp tattoo corp. logos on the backs of boxer put the nail in the coffin for me. Humans are not billboards. To bad the olympics gave into the $ as well (though, that occurred awhile ago).

Taco Bell purchased our local (US) football stadium ... it's now the Tocabellarena. 🙄

Same here. It might have something to do with the fact that, apart from the odd success every so often, we're bloody rubbish when it comes to winter sports. 😀

The Russian chicks that did the broom thing event was cute as well...they did a good job. I only watch the broom thing and nothing else.

So are there different disciplines in the Olympic BDSM? 😛

Beating with skis, with curling brooms, with snowbrooms? Do you get extra points for doing it with a mogul (snow or otherwise)? In the beathlon, are different beating positions compulsory? And is it just individual or are there team beatings?
