I was wondering if anyone ordered a Phone Rebel case and actually ever received theirs or got shipping confirmation on their case. I ordered mine back in February and they've had some manufacturing issues, which I understand, and then were hit by COVID delays. They were supposed to have the cases shipped out in late May and then again by June 8th, but I never got anything from them that my order was being shipped out.

Did anyone ever get anything from these clowns? They are already hyping their "new design" before they've even taken care of their customers who ordered the first design from them. Just curious if anyone ever got anything from them or ordered a case from them like me.

I ordered my Rebel case on May 1st, but still no tracking or shipping notifications. The bad thing is that I’ll be getting the new iPhone 12 pro Max whenever that comes out so by the time I get the Rebel Case, it will be time to get rid of it for the iPhone 12.

Yeah I'm with you on that. I ordered mine on Feb 27th and nothing from them. I just saw on their website that they've pushed the shipping date back again. They keep blaming COVID on the shipping delays but I'm not buying it. I could understand it taking a while for the product to actually arrive, but these guys aren't even shipping the product which to me is a sign that they just don't know what they are doing. I'm going to file a CC dispute to get my money back as they are already charging a lot for the case ($50) and have basically ran off with everyone's money.

I preordered the 11 Pro Rebel case as soon as it went live. Have not received anything yet.

According to the Insta posts, the clear and frosted cases were supposed to have shipped first. However, there are apparently delays being attributed to COVID-19 and trade wars with China.

It also appears that orders are not being fulfilled in the order they were placed. Disappointing for those early supports who helped fund the project with their preorder money.

On the day the Rebel cases were supposed to ship, Filip claimed that a manufacturing flaw in the lamination process is going to push delivery out by another week.

Bad luck? Inexperience? Biting off more than he could chew? I’m not sure, but I’m trying hard to keep giving the guy the benefit of the doubt.

I just hope he learns a lesson from all this and reevaluates the business as a whole. If he weren’t affiliated with the company, I wonder how Filip would rate PhoneRebel as a company. I’m crossing my fingers that all these fumbles don’t have any negative effect on the quality and durability of his cases.

Yeah, really sucks for those looking to upgrade to the 12. Depending on the iPhone release date, you might realistically only get a few months use out of your new PhoneRebel case.

A case manufacturer absolutely cannot be releasing, let alone tweaking the design of their case nearly 8 months after a phone is released.

I actually just sent a email asking if I can cancel my order. I really don’t need this case, I’ll order the iPhone 12 Pro Max case when they decide to make one.

Fully agree. What's annoying is that they are touting their next design on Instagram with all of the new features it is going to have. That's not inexperience, its just plain stupid. How can you start showing off your next design when you haven't even gotten the first one right yet? Its a slap in the face to people who supported them early and haven't gotten their order shipped out.

I like his YouTube channel, but he has been really shady in addressing these issues and has never publicly addressed them on Youtube. You just get little replies inside of questions on Instagram about orders and nothing concrete on what the deal is. If nothing else they owe everyone a very public apology and offer refunds to whomever wants them, which they have yet to do either of those things. I won't order from them again based on this experience alone.

I ordered mine on February 21st and my order number is #2738 and got my tracking number 2 days ago, I’m pretty sure if you guys ordered your cases later than me and depending on which case you ordered, you should be able to tell how long it will be until yours ships out. Tbf I have ordered plenty of things coming out of China That took quite a substantial amount of time to actually arrive despite paying more for faster shipping.(aka my Fiio BTR 5 which took almost month after shipping out to just get out of China because of closures) I don’t think you can really blame them for such inconveniences, nevertheless having to pay to get the manufacturing equipment and all that was required to actually fund the project. But you know that’s just my 2 cents.

Mine was also ordered on the 21st as well, order #3532. Haven't recieved anything from them. Did you order the Rebel version or the frosted if you don't mind me asking? I ordered the Rebel version.

EAP said the Rebel cases are delayed an additional week. Apparently there was an issue with the adhesive used to adhere the aramid/carbon fiber on the back of the case.

I ordered the Frosted, but I have a friend in California who received their Crystal and their Order number was #3521 so I think it’s just a thing about availability as the product arrives they then fulfill the earliest and best matching orders available, he ordered an IPhone SE frosted
 
Bummer! PhoneRebel just posted on his IG that the bulk of the Rebel case orders are getting pushed back by another week.
 
I got mine last week. It may have taken forever, but it’s very nice! Feels very good in the hand and feels like it protects the phone well too. It’s as good as advertised IMO
 
My Rebel is out for delivery. I ordered it the day preorders went live. My order number is in the 1000s. iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Good to hear! Share some pics if you’re able. I’m in the 1200’s and haven’t gotten any shipping confirmation yet.

I messaged PhoneRebel through their website and got a reply saying that cases ship June 17. Lol
 
Glad (not really) to see that I'm not the only one waiting for their case. I ordered on March 2nd with order number 4638, have tried to contact this company several times with never a reply. So maybe I'll get my case in time for X-mas? I really thought this guy was upstanding but I guess I was fooled!
 
I ordered mine in June and received it in about a week. I forget my order number. I got the frost for my 11 pro Max. It’s a good case.

I ordered mine just over a week ago and I got a shipping reference and was able to track everything fine and then when it arrived in London the status just didn’t update after clearing customs and have not seen any movement in the updates. I contacted phone rebel a numerous amount of times and they do not want to help or they say is keep checking your status your phone is going to be with you soon! But I am not buying it. I have a feeling he is getting away with unfulfilled orders and making money out of the unfortunate people that did not receive a case. He is no way a business minded person and has no clue what he is doing! All his followers should unsubscribe and boycott his channel! Well I have sent an e mail telling them if they refuse to help and assist I will file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. Aw a consumer we all have the right to know what is happening with a shipment of a product that we have paid for. Also nothing is shipped via USPS it is shipped from China and that is deceiving on their website and will forward that to the FTC to show they are not being transparent and truthful to their customers. So let’s see what happens but at this rate I don’t see the company lasting if he cannot fulfil orders and Keeping customer satisfaction to a high standard. Oh I have received so many other parcels from other parts of the world on time despite the covid 19 every other courier company are delivering on time! He is just giving an excuse and taking advantage of the situation!
 
I should get mine Monday. Been following his case talk since last October and ordered night one in Feb and was order 1100 but for a Xr. It didn't really matter when you ordered but more about production dates for your model, unfortunately. I hope they learn from this experience, but throw a global pandemic in there and I'm sure you'll have a disaster now matter who you are.

Look, I have been as inpatient about this case paying for it in Feb and still have nothing for my money but this is 2 regular dudes that decided to start a case company. Not a mature business. Hope it's worth it as I was afraid I'd have a new phone by the time I got my case.

Rebel case finally arrived. I gave up feeling bad about the wait. It’s a solid case and I look forward to test driving it over the next few days.

Due to the unique design, this is the first case that I’ve felt truly excited about in a long time.

I hope PhoneRebel figures everything out and makes it through these weird times. I wouldn’t be mad if he gave early supporters some kind of discount later down the road.
