Loving my iPad Pro 128gb Gold. Better than I thought it would be.

As you can see I really like my Air 2's but the Pro is on another level.

Yeah but.. that's not really an honest representations is it?

That iPad Air 2's are in portrait while the Pro is in Landscape.

I love it, watching tv on this thing is fantastic.
The speed is amazing
The sound is great

Just waiting on my cover...

Worst part is the price, but it was a 50th birthday gift, so it's a wonderful treat

Happy Birthday. It is a great gift.

Actually it is, thats the point. Two Air 2 portraits about equal one iPad Pro Landscape. I worked to keep the scale of the picture equal on all devices. I did a thread on this earlier. The iPad Pro using a split screen is like working with two independent Air 2's and blistering fast working both apps at the same time. Its awesome. I took my Pro everywhere today and loved it. Working on my Air 2 now feels like a phone.

A better view with seeing all the bezels.

Simple answer, no.
If you don't like it take it back! Can't understand why anyone would spend so much money on something they are unsure about?!

For me personally I've been waiting a loooong time for an iPad that I can do artwork on. I nearly purchased the Waccom but knew Apple would do it, and when Apple does something they do it better than anyone else!

here's a terrible sketch of my car...Apple Pencil + iPad Pro + iOS Notes App. I got my pencil today so I was too excited not to draw something! :D Excuse my skills, I haven't sketched anything in years.

Awesome. So jelous. I will waiting until my local Bestbuy gets the Pencil in. I can't wait and neither can my 6 and 8yr old kids because they think drawing on a iPad is the coolest. It will make a great educational tool for children if anyone needs another excuse to get a Pro . :)

I have only used mine for one day, but might return it. I really wanted the larger screen, but have to admit that everything seems too large all of a sudden. I actually got dizzy while using it yesterday. Everything was so big. It's like I did not know where to look when looking at the screen. The screen became overwhelming. Crazy...right? I will try it, again, today. Hoping for a better experience. The speakers are truly amazing though.

It will take you a few days to get used to it. After that, your regular iPad will become too small. LOL

Gotta give it more time, I felt overwhelmed with the size and thought I might have vision problems with the screen being so big. My arms are only so long but I really haven't had any issues with it with my eyes even being on my lap and believe me they let me know if they are getting strained as I'm prone to headaches.

Same thing when I went from a 4" iphone to the iphone 6+, it takes some getting use to.

Yeah and.. That iPad Air 2's are STILL in portrait while the Pro is in Landscape. So I don't see the point. Again.

The point is that the Pro has exactly TWICE the screen real estate of the Air, even though the diagonal measurement is only 3.2 inches greater. Showing them in that orientation makes the point.

The large screen is great but its tough to carry around. Portability is a real issue. Dont make the mistake I made, wait for the Air 3!

It IS tough to carry around, and much less portable. And that is a consideration when choosing a tablet. But YOUR mistake is assuming that everyone has the same needs as you. The Mini is my portable tablet. The Pro is my at-home tablet. Instead of telling people that buying the Pro is a mistake, you should just be telling them to be aware that the Pro is more awkward to carry around when choosing which to buy. For pictures, video, anything visual or display-related, the Pro is spectacular. For many of us, that makes it an excellent choice even at the cost of being more awkward to carry around.

Not sure how to do this. But if this works, I'm posting a picture I drew with my finger. I do not have the pencil, and I cannot draw. This is the ONLY thing I know how to draw.

Edit: Doesn't work... I'm going to try again... There, it worked. I don't know how to delete those X's from the failed attempts.

So even with just a finger you can draw on this thing, if you can draw.

Which app did you use to draw with your finger?

I used Doodle Buddy. It's a free app, very basic. Since I cannot actually draw, I just wanted something for doodling. It would probably be suitable for young kids. I like it. I'm sure any real artist would consider it worthless, but for doodling and finger painting I like it.
