I have Sennheiser HD-555s and Grado SR80s. The Sennheisers are a much better product, hands-down.

Those are some great cans, I have the same pair... Though I prefer using my Shure SE-530. Heres a review..

Didn't like the Beats by Dre tour.. I had problems with the jack losing its connection to my ipad, and it doesn't fit with my otterbox on my iphone 4. And it sounds like the forgot about having any bass..

I had purchased some $100 Shure earbuds before I bought the Bose headphones, and they were the ones that came with around 9 different tips (Hard rubber, Soft rubber, and Foam, each in 3 different sizes), and they were to get a snug fit into your ear, but I could rarely get them to fit snugly or comfortably even by trying all the tips. They were just a hassle to put into my ears, and they were just so uncomfortable to wear. I felt like I was jamming them into my head, and the sound was just alright. I don't know, I'm just not a fan of the earbuds you have to jam into your ears.

I had also purchased the Bose earbuds too, and I actually liked those because you didn't need to push them far up into your ear canal, but I returned those for some reason.

Can anybody recommend a behind the neck bluetooth headphone? I've got earbuds, but I'd like something easy to pair with my iPad

Just got these Jaybird Sportsband Bluetooth Headphones today. Paired right out of the box with iPad 2 and watched "Armored" on Netflix Streaming with them - no noticeable video/audio lag which I'm happy about.

The fit is great, very snug. I've never been a fan of "over the neck" so these work great for me.

Once you go wireless it's hard to go back.

I just got these too! For watching movies on my iPad they are GREAT!
For music though, they are a little weak on bass which is what I like but I have my in-ear ones for that. I got them in candy apple red. GORGEOUS! :D

Yuin PK3. Best $40 i ever spent on audio gear - no joke. They are THAT good.

ya enjoy bro that's a phenominal price compared to original MSRP. check out the wiki on this thread : http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2424539

There are links to custom molds / cables and uncompressed test audio downloads.

I checked my email this morning when i logged on and got the tracking number from the Amazon and i should have them monday or tues at the lastest ..I leave to go out of town for a couple of weeks and i tell you how they did on the road trip

I got the Klipsch Image ONE On-Ear Headphones for travel a few months before I got my iPad. I've been using them with my iPad and I really like them. They sound great, they do a good job of blocking ambient noise and the volume buttons are large and easy to use. They fold up nicely and come in a high-quality compact hard-case. When I fly, I just wear them around my neck onto the airplane. These are by far the most expensive headphones I've ever purchased, but I'm really happy with them.

You're right, I'm finding today that bass and volume are the weak points. Other than that I like them very much. Will live with them, very comfortable!

The red looked tempting but stuck with piano black...

If you had an issue with the stock earbuds, another option could be getting them custom made. I had a pair of the E2C, and I found some after market tips on ebay and that made a world of difference.

I have and use a pair of Ultimate Ears UE-11. They are pretty much the most sensitive earphones I can think of. Unfortunately, since Spotify hasn't made an iPad-specific UI yet, I haven't tested the iPad's audo quality. Using an iPhone 3GS however, is quite nice, it's ne f the best sounding poetables I have ever owned, and I've owned the lot. (D2, h120, Rockboxed Clip, etc...)

I'll try the iPad, perhaps today. My issue with most sources like my MBP is a lot of noise beng output when the amp turns on. Clicks and pops aren't unfamiliar to me either.

I use the stock apple earbuds.

I was looking into those 199-299 monster ones.

Are they quality like they presume? Anyone here have them?

If you know of a cheaper/better set please recommend it please.

Thanks! I had the studios and sold them when I found out I was getting the pros. Strange but the battery powered noise cancellation in the Studios made me dizzy. Happens to me with the Bose QC too. Glad I wont have to worry about that anymore!

How much did you get for them if you don't mind me asking?
