Anyone's BTO shipped yet? What is the ship weight through the tracking #?

Mine says on fedex truck for delivery. It has said that all morning. Does that mean that it is coming? but it does not say out for delivery.
 
Mine's still sitting in Newark. I suspect it'll make the move from Newark to Syracuse tonight and then be out for delivery for me tomorrow.

If they let it sit for 2 days they're just being bastards! :mad:
 
I have never felt anything either way about Memphis, but I am starting to hate that place right about now. ;P
 
For some reason FedEx still says I won't get my package until the 3rd... and it's in Indianapolis! I live in Bloomington, IL. It's been in transit from Indianapolis since 5 am! It's only 3 hours away... Don't see why it wouldn't ship tomorrow.

Same here, and I'm in NYC. Apple estimates 3/2 while FedEx estimates 3/3.. I hope either it goes out in the afternoon :)D) or Apple is right.

I can't read this thread anymore. It's too depressing hearing everyone getting their computers, while for the past 24hrs UPS has listed: "Shanghai, China 03/01/2011 3:14 Departure Scan ".

Lesson of the day: UPS sucks, FedEx is on the ball.
 
Mine shipped today, but it's prob still in shanghai as it says something about it was received by fedex too late. But hey at least I got fed ex, I did the premium shipping though. But i got it gratis from an apple rep. So, I'm looking forward to it! Specs are in my sig. ****ing express card though, I don't now what I'm going to use that for! wanted an sd slot!

I got the exact same dates and it shipped on Feb 28th from Shanghai, China. Was going through Korea and Kasachstand and is now in Polen.

UPS is great.

Btw I ordered the 2.2 GHz 15" with the matte screen. The matte screen ist the only BTO I choose because I will upgrade the RAM and SSD later myself.
 
we had a bad storm friday night here in memphis, and that might have had something to do with the shipments heading out from the hub. yesterday when i checked my tracking number there was a notice on the top of the page saying the thunderstorms could potentially cause setbacks (even though the skies were clear..??)

just weird because the storm was friday, with a little leftover rain on saturday and sunday

anyway, my package is said to be delivered by 10:30 am tomorrow. +1 for memphis :cool:

Anyone from New York ( or the tristate area), and are close to receiving it , let me know your order date. I'm trying to guesstimate if mine will get here by Friday. I ordered Sunday night. And Apple upped my shipping to Premium or 2-day or whatever they call it.
 
15" 2.0 Anti-Glare Hi-res came in today!

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my OWC SSD kit, so I can't really do any work on it until that comes in...should be soon.

The screen looks beautiful, though.

nobody else in my office has the anti-glare. it seems to be a hit, so far.
 
My Speck SeeThru Satin came in. A case without a MBP to go in it! What a shame! My MBP still hasn't shipped, though some others ordered yesterday apparently have. Poo.

My printer just arrived. Annoying. Not like I even need it but it's free, so what the heck. Anyone in NY/NJ get theirs yet?

I'm taking down the spreadsheet for a few minutes while I sort out some formatting and try to enable some settings that will prevent such incidents in the future.
