Anyone's BTO shipped yet? What is the ship weight through the tracking #?

I might do that, too. I want this before I leave and it still hasn't shipped. I'm about as far as I can get in the US, too, and I don't wanna take any chances. Does anyone know how fast the refund would go through? I'm not sure it's a pre-auth...is there any indication of this somewhere on a charge? They just charged me the full amount.
I initially wanted to buy in-store but they were sold out. I called and they said they should have this week sometime. Hopefully I can secure one before they're gone. That they've been sold out since Saturday is already weird enough. You'd think they would have restocked by now.

Wondering if it wouldn't be better to cancel my purchase too and pick my MBP up straight at the 5th avenue or Soho Apple store.
The thing is I want the french keyboard and the 7200rpm. I think they dont have in store yet. But I'd be bored if i have to wait up to the next week.

exactly what i ordered lol, don't think that they have 7200 rpm with french keyboard in store.
I wasn't aware any US stored carried MBPs with foreign keyboards. Interesting! Now the 5th Ave. store is open 24/7 and sells foreign keyboards? Cool.

I said the same thing. Eventually i'll put one in myself. But at the moment it's certainly not a deal breaker. So now, hopefully at least one of my two local Apple Stores will have the 2.2 in stock.
Copped a Base 15" Hi-Res Glossy MBP on Feb 24th in the afternoon. It arrives at my college's mailroom tomorrow. Can't wait! Sold my peice of crap MacBook Air 1st gen (2008)(Thing needed countless repairs over the years as well) over a month ago for this new MBP, following all the rumors, and I've been without a comp in college ever since the semester started. Its been hard but the strain is finally over. The 1st gen MacBook Air was too underpowered for my needs so this new MBP will definitely suffice.
If nothing move on tomorrow morning... I seriously think about moving to the Apple Store asking for (i) getting refunded online and (ii) picking up the mbp 2.2 Matte at the store.
This "not yet shipped" is pissing me off haha.
When did you order? If it was just before the weekend, just after, or during, it should ship tonight.
This is very good news to me. Looks like the same drive used in the current MBAs. This drive has proven to be very good a garbage collection!
28th is a stretch, but they may be shipping it out tonight. I was told to expect the announcement of the shipping around 9PM PST. Keep in mind this is all speculation. If you want to compare your dates with others, go here:

I'm hopeful considering how my lower estimated ship date is the 2nd, whereas others that ordered on the 28th seem to have the lower one start on the 3rd and later.
Mine got cleared from customs in Ontario at 7 this morning and only left the fedex ramp at 11 in the night. WTF, seriously? I was hoping for it to be on an airplane on its way to Newfoundland by tonight.
I ordered on the 27th with regular shipping. The estimate is March 3 - March 9. I'm hoping it gets here by Friday, but I'm not counting on it. I just got my printer today though..

Edit: mine was ordered on the 26th at 10am. Still the weekend though.
