iPod touch Anyone's Engraved Touch Shipped?

They tried to deliver mine, but my apt office was closed :( I guess I have to wait another day!
 
My Engraved touch has finally changed to "Prepared for shipment"

Ordered 8:30 PM on Sept. 13th
 
What are the first 5 digits of the serial numbers on these engraved iPods that have just arrived?
 
The trip from Alaska to LA sure was fast...about 7 hours.

anyways I got mine this morning. original date was Oct 2-4. New date was tomorrow. Go fed ex for getting it to me today.

I ordered it 2 hours after the keynote
 
Surprisingly I find Apple's engraving service to be fairly quick compared to anything else offered on the market... Of course the Touch is the new hot thing, so I'm sure you're not the only one who ordered it... The process should smooth out in a few weeks I'm sure.

i picked the free shipping, happy to see this finally getting shipped... but im still pissed, cuz i did pre-order.....and seeing it at the stores when people buy it kills me...
 
Mine shipped on Saturday from overseas and when I tracked it it said it would be delivered wed. It came today (monday) at about 9 am! I'm not sure why it came 2 days ahead of the fedex arrival estimate but I am happy!

prepared shipping on the 20th

shipped on the 22nd

got it today 24th.

happy camper for now, but still piss the fact that i seen people got the touch at the store before me... :apple:
