AND CHECK IT, MINE SHIPPED, and we ordered at like the same time, and were made at the same time, dude, our ipods are like brothers, they were both made the same day! and everyone else, we are all a family, cus we r on the same plane!
oh, and btw, it was my SIDEBAR GADGET that told me it was picked up. lol. good timing.

Haha ya I was pretty psyched when I saw mine also shipped. Also in high school! Jeez, your right, our iPods are brothers. Reminds me of that KitKat commercial where those 2 bars are with each other being made and stuff hahaha.

Im upgrading from a 1st gen 1gb nano. Im going to have SO MUCH extra room on mine. But I can load it with movies now.

You will be fine, you can get any week and with a simple update you will be good. And if you get a week 38 or 39 it will be good to go without the update.
(PS. I dont want anyone saying "Thats not true, some screens arent working still and the update doesnt do anything".)

lol. nah, its just meaning that the software is earlier. it will update when synced with itunes 7.4.3. and if you ordered around the 13th, and received a week 38 ipod touch, all issues have been resolved. I have a week 39, meaning I have a more updated version of software and no screen issues, as well as you, except you ahve an earlier version of software
lol. when I call fedex, all it says is that " your package is in transit to the station at zipcode14***. lol, that is SOOOOO detailed.

lol. good song for it, lol. I wnat to make one, but I dont know what song, plus I need a LOT more songs on my ipods. Any suggestions? and are there any hacks for music, like, not on itunes, but reliable free music, like limewire?

Although I wouldn't reccomend not buying music... You could look into a thing called BitTorrent. No, I can't tell you who, what, when, where, why, or how. Just use Amazon's new music store thing.
