iPod touch Anyone's touch shipped from Apple Online Store Yet?

It says it left at 4:37
and my fedex thing says that it left at 5:36 so maybe it is a different timezone or daylight savings thing.
Anyways I would be very happy to have it here tomorrow (Santa Barbara) but friday will be fine.

well, it says it stopped in Indianapolis, then left for Memphis. But it says it is almost in Memphis! Does this mean we can have them today?!?!

When the aircraft arrived in Alaska yesterday morning, there was a skid of iPod Touch's on route to customers from Apple. The skid was dropped by a forklift while shuttling it around the ship centre, apparently it was a 8ft drop and the pallet broke open and all the boxes scattered, as a result they are checking each shipment for damage, there were about 80 shipments on that pallet.

HAHAHA!! I would hate to be that guy. Crazy forklift drivers!
Mine was checkinto the loacal fedex facility at 730AM today, maybe today?
Mine was in the second shipment and look its 10min away from me

All you guys ordered on day 1 right?!? I didn't order until day 3 because I'm an idiot and my account hasn't budged from 'not yet shipped' since then. I've conceeded that there'll be no iPod this weekend but am getting ready to call Apple and want some ammo if people that ordered after me are getting there's, (not that I don't want you all to have yours too...enjoy)

Edit: But im feeling for you guys stuck in Alaska. Hope that gets sorted out soon. Mines got into LA this morning at 450 AM so i still have a chance for today.

I read they are good tests
Mine has the LL in the serial and it has the screen issues. I love it otherwise! I'm gonna wait 'til the mess is sorted out and see if Best Buy has the good ones, but first I will seek out Apple's help... (Best Buy and the Apple Store are just down the street from each other - unfortunatly they are about a 30 minute drive away from me.)
Aww crap. Mine just got delivered as well. Will have to check it out when I get home this evening. Ordered on the 5th and delivered here to DC today. In fact, I may just return it unopened and wait rather than risk dealing with the screen issue. (Unless anyone in the DC/VA area wants it, Ill just return it) Then again, I'll think about it once I hear more about how others' that were received today fare. <sigh>
The first and last one did not work on the ipod meaning i could not open the link but the middle one looked fine to me
