Google is free, but here -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_crisis - I even bolded the most relevant parts for you:
It doesn't matter if you think what the current administration is doing is a good thing or not. It doesn't even matter if the actions they're taking
are actually positive or not. Several of Trump's executive orders and actions are in direct violation of the Constitution.
For example, it does not matter what some senator
intended for the 14th amendment to apply to - it is written in stone in the Constitution. The President does not decide this interpretation, but the Supreme Court, which has already established several times what the interpretation should be. If you don't think birthright citizenship should be a thing, then you do what every single administration has done in history when they wanted to change the Constitution: by following the process the founding fathers established to amend the constitution.
You cannot just choose, as President, to override the constitution and its amendments, even if you think or know it is a positive thing. Doing so just makes having a constitution pointless and irrelevant.
You can put your little laughing emoji or put a disagree emoji all you want, but you should be concerned if a President is signing EOs that go against the plain English in the Constitution and its Amendments.
Caring about this....shouldn't be political. You should be concerned whether you're redder than Republican Texas or as blue as the ocean in California like....really?
