That's a creative use of it. Gives more room for the battery.

Seems like the "bump" is the actual phone, without the screen and battery.

Me, for one! I’ve only owned pro/pro max since they’ve existed, but air is exactly what I need. Lighter, pro motion screen, pro processor, but no unnecessary 3-camera system or weight

Looks a very good package but why do they keep making phones bigger? It's the only thing I dislike about it (porbably the price will not be nice either).

The Air is actually SMALLER (slightly) compared to the Plus it replaces.

Beautiful phone. Reminds me of the Moto Z Ultra (5.2mm thick) from 2016 that I loved. Always had a thing for thinner phones as I personally put a lot towards 'feel in hand'.

gross, all day battery life to Apple is generally 8 hours. Thats so awful they had to make a MagSafe battery for it, but then there is no point to the air.

This phone seems to be for those that want the most stylish option, or a light option, but don’t necessarily care about having three cameras.

The overall product line is disjointed - but in a good way. Buy what you want

I currently have an SE 2. Unless they bring back the Mini line, I'll probably replace this with *anything* I can find in that size category.

I really find this phone ugly, honestly, it looks awful with that bump.

I know that the camera bump has to be there because of hardware limitations (focal length, sensor size). But it just looks silly.

The bump is actually the entire phone internals other than the battery.
