Yeah, as in you will "lose your wallet" after purchasing one of our new $15,000 iMacs.
And with some of these offers in you beforehand, maybe lose your lunch when you realise how much you spent?

It doesn't work in my city. There's only two mobile stations and neither works with the app. I've called and emailed corporate multiple times about this and they don't seem to be able to fix it. Apple Pay via the Speedpass app broke here in December 2016 for everyone and Mobile has no idea how to fix it. That's just another one of a sudden reasons why Apple Pay via app is stupid. JUST STICK AN NFC READER ON THE PUMPS LIKE THEY'VE HAD IN EUROPE FOR 20 YEARS!!! God why do we stupid Americans put up with this crap?
I'd love to go wallet free, but it just isn't practical yet... Still need driver's license, health card, and what not. Also still need the credit card for the few hold outs here or for purchases over 100$.
I just want digital ID so I can be confident that my deliveries won't get stolen. Signatures and pictures are horrible forms of identification.
I'm not convinced that I'll ever completely ditch my wallet. There are still many cash only places; I was at farmers market this morning and 90% of the stands are cash only.
Also, you are SOL if you exclusively rely on your phone and the battery dies. No ID, no payment options. I'd still keep a physical ID and at least some cash on me.
Also, in the unlikely event of some sort of medical mishap or accident, having a physical ID may help first responders identify you quicker than trying to find/unlock your phone to find out who you are. ... We don't live in a perfect world where a digital ID would be reliable. The best way of doing this would actually be an implant ...
Sometimes I wonder if the delivery guys just sign for it themselves, figuring nobody'll care. They might be right too, assuming it's not stolen. How does that work? Most of the delivery companies now just drop boxes on the back steps or porch... more like zero ID.They even left a laptop we recently ordered that I'm pretty sure was 'signature only'.

Arco has the readers on the pumps in California. Though at the gas stations by me, I have to remember which ones it actually works on which is like 2.Gas pumps. Please God or Rockefeller put Apple Pay on the gas pumps. I've been skimmed twice at gas pumps in the last two months and have had to go back to cash to buy gas now. What a huge PITA
Well, I've never seen a neighborhood that's truly safe. When a neighborhood seems safe, thieves start targeting it. I thought the one exception was the gated neighborhood of Bel Air, but I know there's been at least one high profile home invasion there. It seems more universal than a particular driver though, so I'm guessing maybe it's been kind of an unwritten shift in policy? It might save enough in costs to cover losses... if they even have to cover them. Or, maybe they actually track locations and routes that are deemed 'safe enough' to leave things?
Cause we all have credit cards, and those work fine without hassle. Pumping gas takes 10 minutes already. Why do you need to save 0.5 seconds with an NFC payment?JUST STICK AN NFC READER ON THE PUMPS LIKE THEY'VE HAD IN EUROPE FOR 20 YEARS!!! God why do we stupid Americans put up with this crap?
You are ignoring the fact that NFC transactions and EMV technology is far more difficult to skim credit card information. Sure, the NFC transactions can be speedier, but the most important benefit to the consumer is increased security.Cause we all have credit cards, and those work fine without hassle. A decent solution to wanting to lose the wallet but still needing to have a few cards is the wallet case. We use these hard cases with a door on the back that opens to allow 2 or 3 cards.

Basically Apple is promoting sugar, cafeine, alcohol and fat ...
