The watch faces are not good. Canada can interchange with Denmark. These two faces could also be PADI diver flags. Canada's watch face could have a maple leaf right in the middle.

Bought the US and Germany bands. Glad they are selling this online instead of only at the games like the last time.

They’ve just annoyed everyone in Northern Ireland by referring to the UK as Great Britain.
Like has been said a few times already this about Olympic teams, not the countries themselves. So cos the UK competes as TeamGB they've called it Great Britain, which I agree doesn't help with the confusion people have when it comes to UK vs GB vs England/Scotland/Wales/NI.

The Italian one!.... is blue??? :(
The Italian one is very disappointing! I’ve kind of put my Apple Watch on the back burner for a couple of new, traditional watches I’ve acquired. But I would have purchased the Italian one. It just doesn’t look right. I get it, but not feeling it.

Agreed! Ludicrous. Likely nobody from Canada had a say on that design, or whoever was was hobbled into creating a similar look and feel across the whole set (though I would say the US design stands out from the set).
The watch faces are just the Stripes face already included in the Apple Watch. I actually recreated the Canadian "flag" one before downloading the "official" Canada Stripes one that Apple has included. These aren't actually custom built watch faces featuring flag symbols, like America's stars, or Canada's Maple Leaf.

cool i'll buy the chinese knock off for $5 instead of throwing $50 away on the official one.
I bought a few off AliExpress and I was so impressed with the quality (nearly indistinguishable from Apple’s) that I bought a set of every single one. They’re phenomenal.

There are a few tiny differences like the size number missing and the finish of the inner ends (where the size number usually is) aren’t quite Apple quality but for less than 10% of the price and the fact that nobody sees those tiny flaws, it’s a steal. If you put them side by side, yes there’s a very slight difference but you have to really look.

Cue the “yeah but it will probably break or wear out and your watch will fall off and break”.

Never had one break. Been wearing them for years. And when your favorite wears out, it’s pocket change to replace.

....good idea although I'm not sure how these bands hold up to sweaty wrists during a workout!!
They're absolutely fine, I wear a sport loop all the time and have never had a problem. If they get a bit sweaty then all it takes is some soap and water to wash it and it's dry within minutes.

Just 'cos I'll be wearing it during the olympics doesn't mean I'll me wearing it while I'm doing the olympics :)

So I'm not Italian but... if I was I would probably be pretty pissed:

For context, here is the Italian flag:

WTF!
I am Italian, and I am pissed. I mean blue? Maybe they forgot to look at the flag? I know someone else mentioned these may be based off the Olympic jersey colors, but if so, then say Olympic colors, not country colors.

Like profets said, I guess I could just get the Mexican one and use the Italy watch face as that would seem to work perfect, but it's the principal of the thing, dang it!

In some cases, they're clearly based on Olympic team uniforms. See also, New Zealand.
Yeah, they also might be doing it because Apple might be celebrating the end of Covid-19 for countries. I don't know this is just a guess but Apple could be celebrating that we did good in these hard times. That's all they say at the beginning of the events.

Edit-Okay never mind because they aren't including things that are in the actual flag.
