Lol, this is comedy. No professional seriously uses an iPad unless they're being paid by Apple for sponsorship. And for a professional who sometimes has an iPad in his hands, there is no professional who wouldn't be significantly more productive on a PC. Just because you spent a lot of money on something does not mean it is for pros.

Your statement is beyond ignorant. Crawl out of your PC bubble and see whats happening in the world. Many Professional photographers that i personally know are using the ipad pro as their main editing device. I have a friend who is a cartoonist for the New Yorker who does all her cartoons on the ipad now. Professional filmmaker Steven Soderbergh who directed the Ocean 11 movies has made several theatrically released films now on his iphone & edited on his iphone & iPad. Famous artist David Hockney says the ipad is now his favorite way of painting.

Dude. I could go on and on. Is the next Star Wars movie gonna be edited on an iPad? No. Do most photographers & filmmakers & graphic designers still use Computers? Yes.

But there are many Professional artists who have indeed made the switch to an ipad pro. Just because you refuse to accept that fact doesn’t make it not true. You are wrong.

And just because something doesn't meet your needs, doesn't mean it's the same case for everybody else.

Did anyone else who ordered through Verizon get their order shipped extremely early? My estimated arrival date was 04/08 and I woke up this morning to find out it’s shipped and I’ll receive it Friday!

I bought an iPad "Pro". I returned it because it's useless. It does everything your phone can do, and nothing your laptop/PC can.

Because editing without a mouse and without a file system is so fun!

LOOOOOOOOL

Correct and correct.

You couldn’t be more ignorant. Seriously. Just stop. You’re wrong.
I'm not wrong. I'm 100% right. It seems your motivation is the fact that your signature hints that you spent 1500 dollars on an iPad "Pro" and now have to pretend it's something more than a Youtube/Safari device because you want your investment to feel worth it.

The iPad forum has plenty of users who prefer the iPad for work over anything else, and even more users where the iPad is a complimentary device to their desktop.

Blanko statements that the entire line of iPads is useless or as mentioned elsewhere just for YouTube / consumption are ignorant or worse, just out there to start an argument.

Best to leave the trolls to themselves. Without feedback, they wither & dissappear.

I have an iPad mini and I love the size. I wouldn’t consider anything larger. My husband has a full size iPad and I’ve tried to use it and hate it. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my mini but I want Face ID, and I also want the basic functionality (like going back to the home screen, for example) to be the same. I have an iPhone X and it’s really annoying to have to switch between the two technologies. I keep expecting my iPad to respond to my face and it won’t. I also try to use the gestures that work on my iPhone on my iPad but they don’t work either because my iPad has a home button. I don’t understand why Apple won’t offer the current technology in a smaller form factor. There are plenty of people like myself who are purely interested in the mini for its size, not its price point.

Most of us were editing with a wacom not a mouse already and were importing photos straight into a raw management app instead of relying on our OS of choices file system.
