Given the name in French is Revelation but it is a play on the word for dream as well as revelation and the name being Wonderlust in English (as opposed to Wander), I am actually very much expecting a Vision Pro surprise here. Unless all were getting is something sleep related.

Lol. Incremental updates is the best time of the year?
Yes, an important time of year for millions. Perhaps y'all have been doing a Rip Van Winkle and missed the last decade. If so, look up and see half the planet with attention buried into smartphones all day long.

Updates y'all consider incremental can be a big deal to folks using iPhones many hours every day. Plus there are folks like me who frequently find such allegedly incremental updates to be quite a big deal, especially in the camera component.

I haven't bought a new phone in years. Can we still wait outside the Apple Store like the old days or its reservation only? plan on pitching a tent.
The Stores are very well organized now and most no longer see long lines. Especially since early online ordering is also very well organized.

Personally I wake early to order online but then go to the Apple Store for a ~15-minute wait if delivery of the online order is substantially delayed (last year online order delays for some items were many weeks). The store may have the item I want in immediate stock.

Wanderlust is a strong desire to wander or travel and explore the world.

OK So we are Getting iPhone 15 Ultra Titanium . It will be a World Phone made for travellers and explorers . It will be rugged traveling things like Apple Watch Ultra .. with Strong Flashlight, Zoom periscope camera for Wild Life Photography. Siren, It will be satellite Phone and innovative Charging .. Maybe glass screen can absorb sun energy or it will charge while walking ? Or maybe portable sun charging kit comes with it . It will be the phone you bring everywhere to any place ..

and maybe just maybe it will also feature Thunderbolt so you can connect it to a screen and use it as an iOS "computer" like iPad OS can ..
This is brilliant!

12 Days until iPhone 15. End of an era for the Lightning port. 🤫

You do have to laugh that Apple will sell USB-C as this massive revolution (that they certainly weren’t forced to do).

And yet it took them this long for them to widely adopt it on devices that would benefit the most from the standard.
USBC was in shambles back in 2016. I literally had a newly purchase USB-C device to go along with the new MacBook that would shut down the entire laptop due to overcurrent. Never had that before. Even Apple's own cables on the MacBook ? in 2015/2016 were flawed. Then you people like Benson L. from Google who I think started Anker (?) getting his hardware destroyed testing USB-C cables.

The ecosystem is maturing now and Apple has a good lineup of USBC accessories so while they may have been late, 2015 - 2017 were really dark days for USBC. You can stick with Apple OEM or a third party like Anker for longer cables and be safe.
