Fonts not that much of a departure

For everyone saying the fonts look completely different from anything Apple has done, actually the WWDC in the logo looks just like the jackets Apple has been handing out to attendees for years

Could be 13 " retina with Real Gpu/Maybe the colors are an hint ?
Maybe are also many modules one above the other,such as a Modular Mac Pro?
So the different colors may mean different functions/features?

So, iOS 6 introduce some good concepts and apps such as Maps and Passbook..but now that Ives took over, all the squares that made up the Apple now all fits together??? I don't know but its obviously related to the 2012 WWDC image.

As stated it means "During the conference we'll be posting all our sessions"; but I'm not sure if that's what they intended to say.

I wouldn't look to much into what the image means as the image for WWDC normally has nothing to do with product releases but the use of roman numerals in interesting. What is also interesting is the shape. It is not the normal square shape with rounded corners. This image has indents of the sides...
