lol. that’s a completely novel conception of political left and right to me
It is?

What's so "novel" about it? Regardless of one's views on the two issues, it's an accurate observation. In fact: Almost coincident with Biden announcing his new mandate, his VP was giving a "woman's right to choose" speech. Just a little hypocritical, some might say.

Anyway... meanwhile:

Reports of Injuries, Deaths After COVID Vaccines Hit New Highs Just as Biden-Harris Regime Announce Medical Dictatorship

VAERS data released Friday by the CDC showed a total of 675,593 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID vaccines, including 14,506 deaths and 88,171 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and Sept. 3, 2021.

Study Finds Teenage Boys Six Times More Likely To Suffer Heart Problems From Vaccine Than Be Hospitalized by COVID

Research conducted by the University of California has found that teenage boys are six times more likely to suffer from heart problems caused by the COVID-19 vaccine than to be hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 itself.

Members of Congress and Their Staff Are Exempt From Biden's Vaccine Mandate

President Joe Biden's new vaccine mandates for federal employees don't apply to members of Congress or those who work for Congress or the federal court system.

United States Postal Service employees are exempt, too.

So... uh... yeah, this is all so confidence-inspiring

ok, first article:

claims 594 deaths from covid vaccine in one week but tries to make it look like it 14,506 using misleading writing. cites search results from a web database of reports that don’t actually conclude whether any death was caused by a vaccine or not, merely that they were correlated.

even if the 594 deaths from vaccine were true, would compare to currently reported 8000-9000 usa covid deaths per week

it also cites children’s health defence, one of the main sources of misinformation on vaccines

second article:

from a bulgarian conspiracy theory website and sources articles that have not been peer reviewed

third article:

to clarify, the president of the united states does not get to make rules for congress

your final claim:

this has apparently been clarified and us postal employees are indeed subject to the vaccination mandate

I see. So "deaths due to Covid-19," which have often been found to have been inflated (see below) are due to Covid-19, but deaths attributed to the vaccine are "merely coincidental." Got it
thumbup.gif

Is US COVID-19 death count inflated?

On August 26, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a report showing that in 94 percent of the roughly 180,000 deaths that have been attributed to COVID-19, “on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.”

As the CDC report notes, “For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned.”

In other words, 94 percent of Americans who have died from coronavirus from the week ending February 1, 2020 to the week ending August 22, 2020 had, on average, almost three comorbidities that played a role in their death.

The numbers are either accurate or they are not.

second article:

Original article is not a "Bulgarian conspiracy theory web site," and the study is from a respectable U.S. university. (Inasmuch as any U.S. university can be regarded as "respectable," these days.)

third article:

True. Point to you.

your final claim:

this has apparently been clarified and us postal employees are indeed subject to the vaccination mandate
"Clarified" is somewhat inaccurate. Biden's EO did not include USPS, the largest of employers in the U.S. Government, which is, in turn, the largest employer in the U.S. Instead, OSHA is requiring it of the USPS.

So... last week it was "Even people who've had Covid-19 infections should get vaccinated." This week it's...

Fauci: No ‘Firm Answer’ on Why Americans Who Recovered From COVID-19 Should Get Vaccinated

“I get calls all the time people say, ‘I’ve already had COVID, I’m protected.’ And now the study says maybe even more protected than the vaccine alone. Should they also get the vaccine? How do you make the case to them?” Dr. Sanjay Gupta asked Fauci during an appearance on CNN.

“I don’t have a really firm answer for you on that,” Fauci responded.

Yes, yes, I know: "But it's the Epoch Times!" Nonetheless, either the question was asked and answered, as they report, or it was not.

Meanwhile, I'm still wondering why my last doc told me he wasn't allowed to write a request for a Covid-19 antibody test.

I just can't fathom how more people aren't having the same aggressive attitudes towards our own health choices..... you're vaccinated, that means you're theoretically safe and protected.... so why on Earth do you give any crap if I catch covid and die a horrible death? It shouldn't effect you, that's the entire point of vaccination... to protect you, not to protect me or the entire human population lol

It's scary because this line of stupid thought has infected even the most intelligent people who would otherwise use sound logic and critical thinking if this were any other situation.

Sadly, it's only going to get worse. The more vaccinated people that get sick, the more they' Il lash out at us for not being up craps creek with them. Somehow, it isn't the pharmaceutical industry's fault for poisoning you, it's not the government or media's fault for lying to you... no, it's my fault? Because I choose to wait it out, actually seeing whether or not these "vaccines" are safe now that they're finally being tested on humans via mass vaccination. It's just mind boggling lol

Oh, now Fauci tells us. The U.S. would have been better off if it had never listened to a single word out of the mouth of that creepy, incompetent little goblin.

It one is postulating if condition A is true and facts b, c, d, e and f are cited, doesn't automatically mean A is proven.
I'm still not getting the point. The article is asking "Is the U.S. Covid-19 death count inflated?", then cites facts to suggest that perhaps it is.

E.g. (from the same article):
According to CDC’s report, the leading comorbidities among these deaths were respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, sepsis, malignant neoplasms, diabetes, obesity and Alzheimer’s disease, respectively.
So why weren't these deaths attributed to respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, sepsis, malignant neoplasms, diabetes, obesity and Alzheimer’s disease, as opposed to Covid-19?

You see: This kind of thing is why some say things like "I bet if somebody died as a result of an automobile accident and was subsequently found to have had a Covid-19 infection, they'd count it as a Covid-19 death."

This is symptomatic of the problem I've had with all the various SARS-Cov-2 pandemic narratives for quite some time. We are not getting the whole story. Too much lying-by-omission or just plain making stuff up.

Mind you: When this pandemic first got rolling, I was all on-board with Dr.Fauci's proclamations, at first supported (what I expected to be very short-term) shutdowns, etc. But as time rolled by, the narratives kept shifting, and all the inconsistencies started piling-up, I began to question what I was being told. I'm now of a mind we're being thoroughly misled.

Yes, the word "suggests" was used above. As a hard conclusion where the facts can't be refuted, I"m not so sure. So the conclusion boils down to a informed opinion.

The facts suggest that vaccinated people suffer less severe infections if a break-through infection is received. Less hospitalizations, less deaths. To say any medicine is unsafe due to undesired side-effects is a rather narrow way of looking at this. To not believe that is ignoring science, which one can certainly do. That is what is mind-boggling.

Certainly you can do what you want, but in my opinion, the contortions that people go through on this forum to prove the vaccine isn't safe on a societal scale is pretty amusing.

Not to say I find it funny that the executive order by Biden has certain loopholes. But then again those who serve our country in the government have their own health plan...so there is that.

I know the feeling. Well... kind of. Being as many (most?) of the pro-vaxxers seem intent on forcing their choice on everybody else by whatever means necessary, it's hard to find their contortions amusing.

The amount of misinformation by those trying to discredit the science is hardly amusing.

I honestly pity them. They got duped, they truly believed they were doing the right thing and benefitting society by taking experimental genetic therapies and shockingly, lt’s now it's coming out the "vaccines" don't do anything traditional vaccines are known to do.

I'd be upset too, I'd be angry too. Sadly, instead of being angry with the people that duped them, they're lashing out against the people with critical thinking skills intact l because we weren't willing to sacrifice our healthy immune system/health for "the greater good"

It's quickly coming out vaccination doesn't stop you from getting sick, it wont prevent you from passing along the sickness and it would seem that being vaccinated is actually causing worse reactions to covid than the unvaccinated... I can't really blame them for being pissed off, sadly, much like their misinformed choice to let the pharmaceutical industry experiment on them with O liability.. they are now attacking the wrong group of people, wanting us to be up crap creek with no paddle like they are. When in reality, they have every right to be irate and should focus that anger on the group of selfish corporations that pushed the "vaccines" on them in the first place.

Like the people who want to end their life, but instead of simply committing suicide, they instead go on a shooting spree to bring as many other lives as they can with them - "if i cant be happy, no one should be happy", in this case it's "if I sacrificed my health, everyone else has to as well"

Yeah?

75% of recent Covid deaths in the U.K. were fully vaccinated.

Almost half of Covid cases in New York are fully vaccinated.

Covid is spreading like wildfire on college campuses where everyone was required to be fully vaccinated before coming back to campus.

When did the counting start? Yesterday?
Almost half of Covid cases in New York are fully vaccinated.
Makes sense. The other half if COVID cases are unvaccinated. Now percent of hospitalized and deaths between vaccination and unvaccinated?
Covid is spreading like wildfire on college campuses where everyone was required to be fully vaccinated before coming back to campus.
Sure that makes sense also. Breakthrough infections have been reported, especially with the variants. How many are dying and / or ending up in hospitals?

When did the counting start? Yesterday?
They are intentionally misinterpreting 2 things & making them 1 falsehood.

75% of the UK is vaccinated + they've had a surge in Covid cases ≠ 75% of recent Covid deaths in UK were vaccinated.

They don't make the effort to actually count or determine / differentiate how many of those who have unfortunately passed were vaccinated or unvaccinated.

It's a common bit of misinformation passed intentionally on social media.

"The vast majority of those now dying with covid are people who were VACCINATED against it," says a July 2 Facebook post. "Public Health England (PHE) just released a new report showing that at least 62 percent of all deaths associated with the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) are occurring in people who were already 'vaccinated.'"

The post, which copies its text from a July 1 Natural News article, a website known for spreading misinformation and conspiracy theories, goes on to add this same report shows vaccinated people are "three times more likely to die" from the delta variant compared to those who aren't vaccinated.

The claim stems from a Public Health England briefing released June 25, but it both drastically overstates the nature of the data and botches the math.

Data not yet available on deaths by vaccine status

The post claims the "vast majority" of those dying with COVID-19 in England now are unvaccinated, then identifies that specific stat as 62%.

But British officials say that's nonsense because no such data actually exists yet.

The public health report only identified the vaccination status for the delta variant deaths. For the time period in that report, the delta variant was responsible for 117 of the 4,408 COVID-19 deaths in England, less than 3%.

The post, however, presented the claim as if it was referring to all deaths.
