I figured I would update this thread with a new experience.
I had my first email from my recruiter on 4/4, the first call the next day, 4/5.
Initially this call just asked about my experience at my last job and why I left. I was also asked "why apple?" as well.
Second call was on 4/6 which was supposed to be a facetime interview. That call lasted about 4 minutes due to a bad connection. My recruiter was very nice and told me that it wouldn't affect my chances at all, that these things happen, and we continued on the phone again. It was essentially the same as the first interview, going over my experience again, except there were a few "what if" questions. "What would you do if Customers phone isn't charging", "what would you do if customer couldn't get sound through his speakers." Finally 1 role-playing scenario where I walked the customer through on how to fix his email that wasn't working. I was told I was being passed on to the third interview and to look for an email.
I got the email the next day and set up my third interview for today, 4/11. The email says you will receive information for the interview through HireVue within 24 hours. This. Is. Not. True. I got my email the day before my interview (so don't freak out!)
I don't want to freak anyone out, but I reviewed all the questions on this forum and practiced them the best that I could..... They did not ask a single question on this forum. (that I saw, anyway!) I'm not saying this to freak anyone out at all, more so to say be prepared for anything. First of all, and I wasn't expecting this at all, there were 2 people interviewing me, which threw me off. They bounced back and forth asking questions.
I didn't have many technical questions at all, but we went over my resume first. They asked questions about things I put on my resume and why I put them. What I considered good customer service AND a time I experienced it that stood out to me. How I deal with "aggressive" customers (NOT irate.). A time I went above and beyond for a customer. A time that my supervisor stood behind and watched me and coached me on something and how did I work with that to improve myself. Several more like this.
We moved on to roleplaying. The first was a mouse couldn't connect, it was an apple mouse, but apparently not bluetooth, it was connected with a USB.
Second was customer's iPad was showing that it was connected and had the little charging symbol, but his computer wasn't recognizing it. In both scenarios all answers were "no, that didn't fix it" I believe to test your critical thinking ability. In the second one, I literally said "oh gosh" after a few seconds of not being able to think of anything else (I don't recommend doing that lol) to which the interviewer ended the scenario and asked what I would do in instances like that where I hit a wall.
All in all, the third interview was a lot harder than I was expecting. I know I could have done better, but I hope I did okay!

I received my Offer letter on March 22, that's why I am confused. I finished everything they have sent me, including the authorization for the BGC. Nothing back, even though I have reached out to my recruiter repeatedly. My offer letter says I start on the 21st
I saw that. I imagine they are just swamped right now with all the hiring that they are doing. Is your background check showing complete?
I know it's getting close to the time you start, but from reading this it seems they overnight things out, so hopefully you get it soon! If all else fails, a few days before your start date, perhaps give your recruiter a call instead of emailing.

Good luck to you. I am still hopeful that I will get a call, but not all that hopeful anymore. I applied to almost all the at home positions on Apple's site. I had a friend who worked as an At Home Advisor tell me that its possible my cover letter was weak or something that they wouldn't call. I definitely have a great resume and 10 years as a help desk analyst. I thought my answers to the questionairre was good too and that same friend agreed my answers were good. Kind of frustrating, but I still have to keep my hopes up. Anybody have any other tips to getting noticed or would like to share/review things with me?
Do you know someone still working there? I had a friend send in my resume and I believe that's how they found me. I too applied to every single opening. I didn't have a cover letter either, just a resume.
