Waiting for my Third Interview...
So after my first interview I was told by my recruiter that she was moving me forward to my 2nd interview. I had my second interview earlier this week and thought I did great. She didn't say she was moving me forward but she did say I would receive an email with my next steps. (I'm assuming this is to set up my 3rd interview) It's been over 48 hours and I have yet to receive this email. I've contacted my recruiter over 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. My first question is how long did it take you all to get the email to set up your third interview? My second question is did you get told you were being moved on in you're 2nd interview or was you told to wait to receive and email with the next steps? and my final question is do you guys think I'm going to receive a sorry but we choose another candidate email? 🙁 I really want this job so any advice would be great.

First of all, good luck! I was told during my second interview that I would be moving on. I received an email within 2 hours telling me to schedule the 3rd interview. I'm sure everyone's experience is different though. You never really know whether you made it or not until they contact you. There are plenty of people in this thread who thought for sure they didn't get it but did and vice versa.
I was not told during my 3rd interview whether or not I had gotten it. I'm curious if anyone at all knew at end of 3rd that they were moving to BCG? Or does everyone have to wait for the recruiters call to know for sure?

First of all, good luck! I was told during my second interview that I would be moving on. I received an email within 2 hours telling me to schedule the 3rd interview. Needless to say, I was! I got a call the next week with the offer. Timelines seem to vary and are completely depend upon the recruiters, managers, and teams. Some individuals received BGC emails before the offer call. As hard as it is stay positive. Don't be afraid to touch base with your recruiter. I don't think that anyone has ever been told on the 3rd interview that they were going to be hired. That would be so nice though.

"So for your next steps, you will be receiving an email and you should follow that email to complete your next step." "We will be doing interviews at the end of this week and the beginning of next week." Afterwards I said okay. She told me it was a pleasure speaking to me and that was it. After 48 hours without receiving said email I wrote my recruiter. This has been over 24 hours ago. So I'm kind of at a loss. Should she of said "I'm moving you forward?" or do you think that's kind of what she was getting at when she told me my next steps?

I had a first interview with Apple for the At Home Advisor position. By the end of the conversation the recruiter said someone will call me the next day to find out further info. Still waiting for a phone call. I am curious if this is how other first interviews went for people that were moved on to the next step or could this be it?

If you're talking about the kind of screening interview with the recruiter where she asks the basic customer service questions and no real tech support or role play questions... At the end she told me that I would be getting an email from HireVue and how to prepare for the 1st (real) interview. She also went over pay, benefits, hours and training.

Still waiting on my bgc to finish, which they said would be Tuesday. I did get the offer and was told I would be starting 3/9.

I noticed that with other people usually by the end of that conversation the recruiter gave them some sort of info on where they stand. She just told me to wait for a phone call and that was it, which was supposed to be today. I was curious if that were a good thing or bad thing.

Speaking from experience of having applied several times before, I'm going to say that it's a good thing she said to expect a call. Each time I didn't move forward I was told to expect "an email in the next two weeks".

First, I'm sorry if I made you worry even more. I know how nerve racking this is. From what I know, I think you're good. Make sure to check spam. I would have missed this entire opportunity b/c Gmail decided to put the one Apple email from the recruiter in spam.

I think email works best. I'm pretty sure they don't do anything during the weekends, because I've never been contacted nor received email and they always say "business days", leading me to believe they're probably off on the weekend. Calling is cat and mouse most of the time, you're right about that.
I had my 2nd interview on Friday the 23rd of January and he told me to expect an email within the next few business days to schedule the third interview. I got my 3rd interview email (with the team leader) on 1/26.

What position you apply for? I was told I was moving on over the phone. My last job I was at was only 6 months. However your questions were very different from mine.

Bgc completed this morning and got a call from my recruiter a few hours ago telling me that I meet Apple's standards etc. etc. I'm so happy! That was grueling. I can't believe I made it.
