Apple Begins Shipping iPhone 4 to Customers

My order status still says "prepared for shipment". However, I checked my bank account and the hold for the price of the phone has fallen off. There is still a hold on the amount for my bumper, but the charge for the phone is no longer there. Now I'm worried...
 
still no movement in France...

I ordered my Iphone 4 in France and its still stuck in "not yet shipped".
Anyones order status in France changed yet?
 
I got two orders coming - one from apple for my line and one from AT&T for my wife's line. My Apple order was completed and 1:15 pacific time on June 15 and has been prepared for shipment since Thursday evening - no shipping notification. I have no idea about AT&T but I have been charged for both.
 
Whewwww...got mine, too!

I was nervous. I had changed my shipping address as another post mentioned you could do, and when I saw the thread on orders being cancelled for unknown reasons, I got VERY nervous. However, I got my shipping notice last night, so all is well!

I have been running ios 4 GM on my 3gs for a few days now and everything seems to be working fine so the multitasking doesnt work big deal. But all my apps still work.
 
This is good news. Hopefully mine ships tomorrow. I know I won't get tomorrow, but I just want a tracking number already so I can finally confirm that the updated address is where it will be shipped to.

FedEx Ground might have this policy but FedEx Express Does NOT, and the phones are coming Express. So it is possible tho have it held before even 1 attempt.

And you know this how? Did you draw the contract up for them? Did they ask your permission first? remove your head from your ass the phone is coming thursday
 
This is really weird... I ordered my 32GB an hour before my bro's and his shipped but mine didn't. I also ordered my dad's after my bro's and my order was the last to change to "prepared for shipment". :mad:

Listen genius, until you have worked for FedEx you probably don't know the policies. I never said you could get them before the 24th, I was simply correcting someone who had wrong information. Call the 800 number on Wed and see if they will hold it for you. Until then, go pound some sand up your ass.
 
Got my email, ships from HK

Got my shipping notification. Just like my very first U2 iPod it shipped from Hong Kong! Looks like they are going to be drop shipping them from the manufacturer.
 
one of mine shipped and one is still "prepared for shipping". The one that shipped stated that it was 'in transit' in LANTAU ISLAND HK.

So they went over the policies with you first I see, it's a lot clearer now thanks :confused:
