Good thing my earhole is a perfect circle.

Good point.
One of the worst aspects of the iPod is the bundled ear phones - painfully uncomfortable. I don't know anyone who has perfectly round, nickel-sized ear holes. I opted for Apple's in-ear buds, which I find much more comfortable.

I wonder if other brands' BT ear pieces will work with iPhone...

I've mentioned this in another iPhone Bluetooth Headset topic, but any idea how the hell you charge it? Too small for a AAA to be in it (like my friend's headset) and I have yet to see where a mini-USB port would be (like on my headset).

Any ideas? Magnetic resonance? That'd be kick-ass.

I thought that, usually, by the time FCC approval was granted, there were actual photographs of the physical product provided? At least, mobile phone geek websites like MobileBurn usually provide photos from FCC approval docs... I'm kind of surprised it's just such a basic drawing.

like so.....
see page 94 of first test report

-edit- oops... it appears I'm too slow. deadworlds beat me to it.

Dont know if its an interest to anyone but i managed to find a PDF file on the FCC site located here http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/forms/blobs/retrieve.cgi?attachment_id=803694&native_or_pdf=pdf. Towards the last pages they show some pictured of the actual headset

Nice find! Although I'm still kind of disappointed to see the design hasn't changed from the image they showed 6 months ago. It still looks nice, but like others have said, lets hope it isn't the same earpiece as the standard apple headphones as they hurt the hell out of my ear. And also let's hope the price tag isn't anywhere near $150 cause that would put the price of the phone w/ BT at $798.75 in Ohio. Maybe they will surprise us all and include it like they used for all the accessories for the original iPods.

I'm hoping Apple won't charge a fortune for these bluetooth headsets as they already are for the phone itself. Maybe Apple could be nice and actually include the bluetooth headsets as a complimentary gift inside your iPhone box, but I'm rather doubtful that that will happen.

I dont know, but isn't this ALSO an ipod?

Not sure how this work well with the overall operation. Meaning, am I to carry around 2 headsets? One for stereo music and one for the phone calls?

I suppose for people who will just use this as a phone, the one ear headpiece will work just fine.

But I think I'd rather have headphones that acts like stereo headphones and a phone headpiece, regardless if it's wired or not...

No flashing light YAY!

The best thing about this device, and I'm not kidding, is it doesn't seem to have a gosh darn Flashing Blue Light on it! Every other Bluetooth headset on Earth has a stupid, bright, annoying, flashing, flashing, flashing blue light!!

Oh, and wouldn't it be so very Apple if you could buy two of them and set one for the left channel, and one for the right?
