One person can't solve all the world's ills. Neither can one company. No amount of concern trolling will change that. If Cook fought every battle and issue out there, that's all he'd be doing. Apple and other companies have done a lot to improve the working conditions of their supply chains. There's no argument there. Is there more that can be still done? Sure. Unfortunately, it has to be balanced with other responsibilities as well. We don't live in a binary world where we have the luxury of concentrating on one thing to the exclusion of all others. Sometimes it's easy to concentrate on what someone hasn't done while overlooking what they already did.Ignoring how he helped China when that country wanted source code, even for security concerns: Like Apple and its CEO apparently continuing to look the other way over child labor (the latest, from 2016, involves kids in cobalt mines in a factory Apple directly uses and chooses to use. Apple has a position to be able to do something. It chooses not to. The myth is wonderful to feel good over, but that is all it is. A myth. Cook hasn't been much different than his predecessor. Many issues are still going on, which even his predecessor knew about. Now maybe people will get over it the moment they become slaves as well? Because, guess what, those workers in those factories probably don't have the same rosy picture of these CEO folks. Can you count the reasons, perhaps? Mainstream tech news media has reported and still reports relevant issues. Will the MSM get over it? Nope. And there are at least three reasons why it continues to post such articles and it's not because they're all jealous of the CEO...
Cook is a good guy. I never understand the hate. He's not Jobs, so get over it.
He looks like he is waiting for the rMBP update as well.....
Tim seems a great man and a great CEO, often attacked by "great minds on the internet forums".
Continue your great work Tim!
Anyone notice how the iPhone in the picture has much thinner bezels (top and sides) compared to the current iPhone 6S Plus. Definitely does not have a case on it. #justsaying
Glad I'm not the only one. I've just put my phone in a similar angle to see if it was this, but my iPhone 6S Plus bezels look considerably larger.About to post this. The phone definitely has a much thinner bezel than existing iPhones, unless it's an angle of photograph thing.
Hm...I don't understand it either. Just have to chalk it up to the sad who are intrinsically unhappy, do not have fulfilling lives, and where hating and putting down others is needed for them to feel good about themselves.

The bottom bezel appears to be about 33% thinner compared to the current Plus. The device also isn't as rounded, and it appears thinner compared to the current model. Is the pictured iPhone also resting on a charging pad? Neat device. Will they call it the iPhone Pro?
After staring at the image for a while and comparing, I am pretty convinced that the iPhone pictured is 100% an unreleased iPhone. The bottom bezel is thinner, Touch ID sensor looks slightly more raised, to the right of the picture (as you see it) you can see some sort of button (don't know whether it's a reflection but the buttons almost look rounded) and most importantly THE WHITE ANTENNA bands are virtually non existent on the side of the iPhone!!!Here is the link to the original image in case anyone can do a good analysis of the bezel size

Yup, Apple and Tim Cook in particular will certainly have one just out and around, especially when press is there and taking photos to be seen by millions upon millions. After staring at the image for a while and comparing, I am pretty convinced that the iPhone pictured is 100% an unreleased iPhone. Ha. Always one sarcastic optimist lurking in the background.Yup, Apple and Tim Cook in particular will certainly have one just out and around, especially when press is there and taking photos to be seen by millions upon millions.
If you so sure of yourself can you explain why the antenna bands on the side are non existent? The iPhone clearly does not have a case which could be hiding them.Ha. Always one sarcastic optimist lurking in the background.

really?
you want a tech company to be less of an innovating tech company and more of an activist?
I 'm not saying that it's not a welcome contribution, it's a balance. Advocacy for what's right is always a good thing. But I think everyone has a part to play. Including tech companies. And it's their job to do that part.
My foot is great at a lot of things, but it would make a pretty terrible hand.
A tech company should remain good at innovating in their labs.
