The 1 million donation did nothing to help turn the US into an oligarchy. It was just a formality. It was the voters and Musk who did that.Tim Cook donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration in order to help turn the U.S. into an oligarchy.

Oligarchy or not, voters and Musk have NOTHING to do with Apple and Cook donations. The 1 million donation did nothing to help turn the US into an oligarchy. It was just a formality. It was the voters and Musk who did that.
I think you need to re-read my post. I never said anything of the kind.Oligarchy or not, voters and Musk have NOTHING to do with Apple and Cook donations.
Tom
You did say voters and Musk turned the US into an oligarchy. The US may be many things; voters, Apple, Cook, and Musk are free to agree, disagree, and make donations (with limits) as they please. I disagree with what you did say about ANYONE turning the US into an oligarchy. Power rests with many and varied disagreeing groups and individuals. The level of disagreement allowed is an indicator.I think you need to re-read my post. I never said anything of the kind.

And exactly that could change very rapidly under this new government. Just my humble opinion.Power rests with many and varied disagreeing groups and individuals. The level of disagreement allowed is an indicator.
What will the $1 Million Man say about a “Black Unity” band and the Pan-African flag?! 😀
I'm pretty sure the current administration couldn't care less about anything that doesn't cost the government/ taxpayer anything. Private companies are still free to carry on whatever unfunded DEI programs, watchbands, watch faces, and wallpapers they desire. It's all up to corporate decisions...And what does the man he donated a million dollars to think about this?

Relatively speaking, about as much "ouch" as Cook dropping Starbucks Venti Matcha Latte pocket change... 🤣money well spent![]()
You do realize he's worth over 2500 million... Although no where near Musk or Bezo's pockets, disagree all you want; Cook won't miss one million. Certainly not "ouch" range.Ouch..
