Yahoo Fedex said there was an attempted delivery. Fedex site said there's a Delivery exception and that the package arrived at the station after the courier had been dispatched.

Given that I called Fedex. There was a delay and that the package hadn't left It appears my package is still in a container along with a lot of other items and unless it's a medical emergency I couldn't pick it up at the local facility. Damn-it!

I'll get it tomorrow. :(

----------

I got an micro sim adapter for that reason.

Good call.

My wife's just arrived from China via FedEx... Hers shipped after mine and got here first... Mine is coming out of CA on UPS... Mine is still on a brown truck somewhere...

What can Brown do for me? THEY CAN BRING MY DAMN PACKAGE!!!

Arrived

Well yesterday mine arrived, and actually fedex showed that no one was at the door so they were holding it. But when my wife got home she says the box was sitting by the door.
My ATT email still says 21-28 days. I ordered on the 12th, got it on the 25th

They attempted to deliver mine a little while ago, but I'm at work. Now I just have to get through the next few hours, go home, grab the delivery notification, and see if I can go pick it up.

Does anyone know if you can usually pick it up the same day as the missed delivery?

Give them a call so they hold the package for you and you can pick it up this evening.

Hey guys I've got a problem, I ordered a black AT&T iPhone 4S on October 21st and I bought it as a "guest" on apple.com and now I don't know the status of my order. I checked my bank website and it says processing for the past 4 days. Is there anyway for me to get order tracking with my buying the phone as a guest?

You should've still received an order number and a confirmation email. Go here https://store.apple.com/us/order/si...ACXX7DYHYT9JT7JJTAPAXHFKH&t=SXYD4UDAPXU7P7KXF to check order status. I ordered a day after you. Good luck.

Thank you for the help :) just gave apple customer care a call and got them to send me an invoice of my order. Mine is coming Nov 3rd to Nov 10th :) hopefully it will come on November first lol macrumors rules yeah!!

That's crazy how much of a difference a day makes. I got an estimated date of Nov 4-Nov 14.

It just arrived a bit ago... Took a few pics of it with my 3G, backed up my 3G, then plugged in the new one to update from the recent backup...

Sweet! Just checked and my order went to preparing! Ordered on the 17th white AT&T 16gigs ... Hopefully this Friday it gets here by friday

Well... Finally done... I loaded a ton of music and 16 movies and I still have half of my space left for pics and videos... just awesome...

Finally my order status changed to "Preparing for Shipment" this evening.

Anyone else know how long it normally stays on this status before it is shipped?

(Vzw Black, placed on 10/18)

Give or take a few, it took about 12 hours to update as shipped for me.
