Everyone keeps trying to contact Apple reps on chat about this confusion, but I think it's clear at this point that they don't know any more than we do. Has anyone tried to email someone in the executive team at Apple to ask about this fiasco and get a clear word on when we will be able to reserve these phones?

I sent an email to a contact I have in the executive relation team (he helped me out with a malfunctioning Mac Pro in the past that no one would fix). If I hear anything back in a timely manner I'll report back. I'm sure he is swamped.

No. The device and apple care that's all.

I just noticed that I only see Hawaii but when I click on it they have each size in black for the 7+ on AT&T. Thats very hopeful for the next couple of days.
