Reactions: THE JUICEMAN
Everyone keeps trying to contact Apple reps on chat about this confusion, but I think it's clear at this point that they don't know any more than we do. Has anyone tried to email someone in the executive team at Apple to ask about this fiasco and get a clear word on when we will be able to reserve these phones?

I sent an email to a contact I have in the executive relation team (he helped me out with a malfunctioning Mac Pro in the past that no one would fix). If I hear anything back in a timely manner I'll report back. I'm sure he is swamped.

So I know that the IUP involves a credit inquiry, does anyone know if that is only when you start or is it when you start and every time you upgrade (is it a new loan each time)?

Every time (start or upgrade)

can one of you IUP members who reserved an iPhone, does Apple.com require a credit inquiry when you reserve it online also?

I'd like to know if the IUP includes your carrier minutes, texts & data for that price..it's not clear on the UK site

I just saw that it requires a new check on each upgrade (per Apple). Thanks to those of you who answered as well!

If someone reserved through the links on here we can only do IUP or full price? They won't sell it and do the VZW upgrade for example?
