I confirmed my order for the Upgrade Program with release date shipping. No email or order status in the app yet. Those usually take a little long to come through if I recall correctly right?

Not sure what this shot is about, but I am not on a contract with Verizon and unpaid full price but it told me I had to pick up in store because Verizon indicated I may need to pay a deposit. I am in good standing with them and have an 800+ credit score. Happy I am getting it Friday pissed I have to go to an Apple store

Only one questions guys and gals -- when does the tax charge go through for those of us using a device payment plan (VZW)? I used the wrong cc, but I don't want to mess with my order to change the card now! Will they charge this when the phone ships or tomorrow?

And I used the App - worked flawlessly for me! Though I did have phone, ipad, and Mac all ready to go...but the phone got through at about 3:04am EST! The whole process took me about 4 minutes.

I got in right around 3:05, pre-approved, and it said my order was set for Nov 3rd. I completed that order, placed an order for a case, and now have not yet received the confirmation email for the phone. I got my case order, and the Apple store doesn't show a pending phone order, and it says my iPhone Upgrade status is pending. This happening to anybody else???

Wtf is this?? Apple app took forever to finally refresh, then it kept giving me an error when confirming my Verizon info (which I already previously set up and linked to my account). Then it finally just gave me this screen.

Same here...I ordered mine first and then went back and ordered hubbys. Meanwhile he never did get the app to work. Oh well...both done within about 30 seconds

Got two for delivery Nov 3. What's weird was I had two iphones side by side and one kept saying "We've got something special..." while the other I was able to go through the order process twice. When I finished my other phone was still waiting. Weird.
