Anyone else have any movement who also has this date range? If the dumb app would have worked st the correct time, I would have easily gotten nov 3.

Can anyone help me with this question? I placed the wrong email address (I mistyped .com as .con) when I successfully placed an order on Friday morning. As a result, I never received a confirmation email, and I couldn't call Apple Support for help since they weren't taking calls on Friday. I placed the order using Apple Pay, which still shows a charge of the full amount of the order.
I just got off the phone with Apple Support, who basically told me that I would have received a confirmation email that required me to do extra steps to actually complete said order. Since they aren't able to find the confirmation # (since I never received the email), it would expire after 24 hours, which should have been yesterday. However, I just tried to place another preorder, and it's still telling me an order is attached to my number.
Does this seem accurate to anyone? Shouldn't they be able to look up an order based on my cell number and incorrect email address?

I saw that when an app was on the display, but not when the home screen was.From watching YouTube videos. I believe you swipe up from bottom of the screen. Halfway to middle of the screen and it will show app switcher.

Quick question for those that requested a hold at UPS CC. I did this and it worked fine but now when I go back to view the delivery on the UPS app, is says there’s an Exception. Is this just alerting me to the change I made or is there a problem now? The tracking still all looks fine with no issues from what I can tell. Thanks

Mine was the opposite. Long-time My Choice user, nothing in the app, or online. I searched by reference and it showed up. It appeared in My Choice two hours later.Here’s a tip: Tracking by reference didn’t work at all for me on the UPS site, and the phone wasn’t listed in My UPS. But as soon as I downloaded the UPS app and logged in, the phone was listed in the app.
So for some reason the app displays the phone tracking, but it still isn’t on the website for me.

I had it before I switched to pick up. I think it is the tentative date that they show. As someone said previously it will disappear when it clears customs.
The exception is generally until UPS processes your request to hold it. After it’s processed it should read something like “customer pickup requested” or “held for customer pick up”. Don’t stress it.
