I think a few people on here are reporting glitches like this. In your case did you log in with your own Apple ID? Or as a guest? Are you sure you had a completed order?

Keep trying calling and see if anyone can help chase it down. You would think they should be able to look up with the incorrect email. If the order went thru then it should be there somewhere. If it went thru only as a reservation, then you may be out of luck.

It had to have been as a guest, since I’m not able to find any order placed with my Apple ID. The customer representative did say that her supervisor would get in touch.

Are you still given the option to pay with Apple Pay and see the charge in your wallet if it just went through as a reservation? I could have sworn the browser on my phone said the order was submitted successfully, but I stupidly didn’t take a screenshot of that tab before I closed it.

I would have thought they could look up the order using either my cell phone number or incorrect address, but maybe it was just a reservation. Guess I’ll keep trying to get through the preorder process early this week to see if the message about already having an order with that number goes away.
 
Just showed up in UPS My Choice! Still no tracking from Apple. I went ahead and scheduled it to be picked up from my local UPS customer center. Is it ok that I did this so early in the shipping process? I still don't even have a shipping confirmation from Apple and I'm worried that by scheduling this hold for pickup I could have some how screwed something up.
 
I was thinking the support profile wage was takendown/moved? Do you have a link?

Apple will not send a tracking number until it is scanned at the hub in Louisville.
 
Someone was joking on a thread about tracking the flight from China. How do we do that? How do we even know which plane it will be on? (And yes, I really am that sad!)
 
Can any of the experts out there can give us flightware updates please? Any idea when the plane up for boarding to US soil? ✈️

No offense but glad im.not the only one. Do you have a November 3 delivery date?

Yep and actually just checked UPS again with my Apple Order Number (minus the last 2 digits) and I found it now! It's hanging out in Zhengzhou with everyone else!
