Mine still says processing though

Same here, the weird thing was I got a text saying there was an exception, (which I anticipated), but as soon as I pulled up the app and the website it still shows delivery 11/3. There is no exception listed. Not sure why it cleared so fast unless the guy did it manually after speaking to me. I wasn't anticipating the exception would clear until at least the next scan...

Any guesses when the :35 group could see a flight out of ZZ? Not quite sure how to find out myself and some of you guys have this down to a science haha. Any flights departing there soonish?

My wife’s phone is in this cluster too, Friday can’t get here fast enough.

Everyone that left earlier today might get to Louisville or their local hub by the morning, but it’s going to sit there until Friday.

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue. Decided to give Apple a call, they said that there was an issue with att so I called att they said that there wasn’t any problem now my order changed from nov 3 to nov 17-24 so I called Apple and now I have to wait for them to call me back so I can talk to a supervisor to get it moved back up( he also said a lot of att people have been having this problem) So I’m super confused did I just get the short end of the stick?

So mad 🙁 I lost my 11/3 delivery date and got pushed to the 17-24 bracket.

From my research, this was caused by a system issue with some ATT customers and the system not recognizing the upgrade. A manager has to conference call att and push it through. I was on the phone with them all day with ZERO luck.

We unfortunately, will not be getting the X on launch day because of a small system error 🙁

I’m thinking it’s the flight I posted way back that continues onto Chicago after Alaska.

I guess that my order went from preparing to ship back to order processing, the day following, someone said it was normal, but I just had a feeling I should give them a call my order status hasn’t changed and it’s almost the 3

Oh okay, do you mind letting us know what they offer as a resolution? I’m curious to know why this occurred.

Ugh, I think I just messed up my shipping. I set it to a UPS CC where the hours of operation are 2pm-6pm. I went to set it for the one by the airport and as I was clicking OK, I saw it was going to change the delivery to Monday. I went in to change it again and now it says it is set as the one where the delivery date would be Monday. I called UPS and she couldn't do anything but tell me she saw a request to change it back but couldn't promise anything.
