Pretty sure it is. Won't be surprised if the scan happens at SDF...

As I mentioned earlier, ANC was just a pitstop. No formal scan even if it was a formal customs clearance because it was the initial point of entry to the US...

NCR628 likely did not have it manifest scanned as its not a UPS plane...the plane is headed thru to Louisville will get scanned there.
