Mine never showed the changed status of “hold for pickup” after I put my request in. Where do I look to see that?

Update: A representative from ZZ airport finally answered the phone, he’s telling me that we should all receive our phones on Friday!
After I changed mine to hold for pickup, it only showed on the desktop side of UPS My Choice. On mobile it kept saying it was going to be delivered to my house

I wonder if as soon as we get the arrival scan in Louisville the preparing for shipment will change to shipped.
