Yeah I think given the fact it's earlier in Nov instead of later ya'll will be just fine. I think my 2017 iPhone X experience scarred me... Of course I missed the launch date window so I had to wait even longer.
Ooooh and I have good news to report. Now that I'm at work/home (not in Tahoe where I never bothered to connect to the Hard Rock's wifi) my phone's battery has VASTLY improved. It's definitely the 5G draining thing... being on the road for 6+ hours there and back (despite minimal usage - my husband dislikes when I'm on a phone on a MRT instead of appreciating the world's beauty so I was on my best behavior) was a killer on battery as well as not being on wifi once in the hotel room. So I'm a TON happier today than I was when I first got to Tahoe last Friday.
At the moment I'm sorting out my iPhone 12 cases. I like this really bland brand "Meifigno" and ordered 3 cases to prepare myself to return the Apple clear MagSafe case which I would LOVE to keep if it wasn't so darn slippery prone.
All of the fingers crossed for everyone pre-ordering this Friday!

Aw thanks! I really appreciate that. It was a stressful week for me for sure but it all worked out. I really wanted to be able to have a certified Apple case but the "slipperiness" of the MagSafe clear case and what I keep reading about for the Silicon cases are enough for me to give up on these $50 cases. Meifingo cases are simple and pretty darn nice to the touch.. they aren't fingerprint magnets either and the grip is why I love them so much.
I'm trying out the clear (which I hope I LOVE) to show off that gorgeous Pacific Blue for a while and I thought to get the Blue border/black case (it won't allow the PB to shine through but I wanted to check it out regardless) and the white case since I have a sneaking suspicion will look great against the PB colore!
These cases are a matte see-through that allows the Apple symbol to be seen so I'm stoked. I'll definitely let you know if it's a THUMB UP or DOWN on the 12 Pro. Best of luck on the preorder this Friday! ❤️

I recently got my UPS tracking and following these threads I thought my phone had made it onto a plane with its Export scan but looks like something is slowing it down - anyone have the same or any insight in what to expect in terms of delivery to the US?

Just departed from ANC, their delivery date says 11/06 now, Friday, seems too far out.It certainly did. You had the correct flight pegged.

Got my blue MagSafe wallet in the mail today! Not sure what all of the complaints are about, I think the magnet is just the right strength to attach to the phone, yet still be able to take off. The hardest thing about it right now is taking the cards out, although I suspect it will get easier after I use it a bit more.
Little reminder for people who still doesnt know this yet . On pre-order date , if sim free no longer on release day , jump to another carrier and paid in full , that will still be unlocked exactly like the sim free version . And that will help you have it on launch day for delivery / store pick up !

It’s going to be a beast. I just picked up my 11PM after using the 12P since launch day. It’s funny how quickly I became accustomed to the 6.1 size.
Agreed. It's going to be a beast. After using my 12 Pro, I've become so accustomed to it, so that when I pick up the 11 PM, it's so big that I don't even want to look at it anymore.
