Yes I did it this morning. Look for your hub and see if they have access lockers on site. The access locker should have a phone number. That’s what I used to get ahold of a person.

anytime that happens to me i just go to the hub and make them search for it. They must hate me...lol

Hi stacey! Question for you since you work for USPS. i have an upcoming iphone case that is expected to be delivered on saturday. it has already arrived at my districution facility. Is it possible for usps to deliver it a day earlier than the expedted delivery date? Should i request it? I want my case to arrive on launch day!

Yes it’s a possibility that it will come earlier than Saturday. You’ll more than likely receive it either tomorrow or Friday.

got my new Poppy leather case...the 11 PMax fits in it surprising well. Going to look sick on my Gold 12 max. Also is sick still a good thing? Haha. I’m 55 so not sure hip to the lingo these days.
And my phone is still in the Anchorage/Louisville version of the Bermuda Triangle.
I’m not anxious or nervous about it getting here, but......

That's hilarious, because I was literally doing the same thing! I went out for a run and on the times I was collecting myself, I find myself doing CS support with @Theyayarealivin and giving advice on how to follow up on UPS Exceptions! 🤣 Once you're veteran at this, you help those that haven't experienced it or are new to the preorder game.

It's a totally fun and happening forum. We're all crazy excited to get our phones, then kinda sift ourselves through reality again once its in our hands, until the next release (or for me, the one after that after that 😛) Enjoy the awesome vibes while it's there!

And for the record, dinner was chicken and aspargus with penne pasta and vodka sauce.
