I know! When I was up there, it was $1 mil minimum for a house. Hell, the apartment I lived in went from $2.5k a month prior to the spaceship opening for Apple to $4k! Thank goodness I got out of there before the rates skyrocketed.

I walked for 11 minutes and started a workout on my Apple Watch. Our gyms are open for right now, but we will eventually go back to phase 1. I get my daily workout delivering mail.
