Frustrating that I've got everything except my UPS tracking number. Its been posted to my Support Profile, and I've even gotten the AppleCare+ Welcome email, but no tracking number. I do expect it momentarily.

well...my iphone 6s Plus went PFS...got UPS tracking number from a reference and checked out the support profile...looks like my iphone is a week 36 built.

Phone departed Harrisburg. Seems a little early since I'm only in Massachusetts but I suppose it'll probably arrive early and sit until Friday morning.

My status just changed. I went to my UPS My Choice account and saw the package to be delivered on Friday. It had my tracking number and everything.

My phone is in Mt Juliet Tennessee.

No tracking yet.

Mine says

Preparing for Shipment Delivers: 9/25 by Standard Shipping
Not eligible to cancel or return

The "Not eligible to cancel or return" is new.

Production week : -37- (September)
Production year : -2015-

Finally my iPhone 6s Plus space grey 128 is in my support profile and I was able to locate my tracking number on ups. Hasn't been picked up yet but at least I can see some progress.

Just chatted with an Apple rep, he told me my iPhone will be shipped "next day" from the hub on Thursday, that is why there's no tracking number yet. I said many ppl have been tracking their packages via ref numbers, he said there have been "glitches" on these carrier sites. Not sure if I believe him.

Mine have been PFS since Saturday, added to profile the next day, have been unable to track via reference numbers (tried order number, order number last two numbers, phone numbers, etc).

Mine also showed movement. Left about an hour ago. I'm an hour and a half way and it will be here tonight I would think to my CC. Would be awesome if they tell me to pick it up by accident lol

Mine finally showed up in my support profile and I was able to track via order number (minus last two digits). I'm a little surprised...it is week 38 and sitting in ZhengZhou as of 5:10pm 9/22 (local time). I had sort of expected it to be stateside already since it took so long to change to PFS. Oh well! It says scheduled delivery is 9/25 so that's all I care about. :)

p.s. It's a 64GB Rose Gold 6s, coming to Oklahoma, ordered via the Apple Store App as soon as pre-orders opened.

Well, first off, the Apple reps manning the chat support don't know any more about shipping logistics than we generally do; they tell you what they've been told/are allowed to tell you and most information they give you beyond that is either hearsay or straight made up to try and satisfy you. In all seriousness and with no disrespect intended, you're really barking up the wrong tree trying to get information about your phone shipment from customer support.

Why are you contacting them anyway? Has the date you were originally given changed? Are there issues with your order? If not, then honestly your best bet is to relax and look forward to Friday. Not having a tracking number yet is totally meaningless. If it makes you feel any better, my wife's phone has had a tracking number for two days and I just got mine (via UPS reference tracking) this morning; it hasn't even been picked up for shipment yet. Both phones, I am confident, will arrive on Friday on the same truck.

Having been through this multiple times I can assure you that your situation is not unique, and that barring unforeseen circumstances that are out of Apple's control you'll get your phone on the day Apple has estimated. Even if you don't get a tracking number until Friday morning (it's happened), you have no reason to fret unless you wake up Saturday morning without a phone.

Yeah you're right. I knew Apple CS would prob not be useful but still tried anyway. I was just desperate haha. It seems like everyone here was able to get a tracking number via some sort of ref number. And I heard that once the phone has been added to your profile, it means it has been shipped. Anyhoo, will sit back, relax, and let Apple/UPS do its magic! :)

Mine is still in ZhengZhou too.. jealous of people who's had theirs shipped out to somewhere in the U.S. already :(

I had one leave from ZhengZhou on our early morning Thursday, their Friday and it still was at my front door on Friday. Logistics-Amazing. Still feels a little better when you know your phone is stateside though.

My rose gold went from PFS back to processing. I'll give it an hour or two or more before I become too concerned. Bummed by the "backwards" change, but still not overly concerned. It's a rg64 6s.

Just remember you may have to wait in line at the UPS office.

I know. I have plenty of time. I am taking the day off work. I do every year on launch day. I would rather wait in line for a little while than sit at home and wait.

What did you order? I got the 6s 64GB space gray.

Found my tracking #, but it's only at "Order Processed: Ready for UPS." Why hasn't it gone past that stage yet when so many of you are posting detailed info?

I still can't track my package by UPS using reference. It's in my support profile and still says PFS with delivery on Friday. What's going to piss me off is when it ships out so late I can't change it to pickup at a location that morning. I'd rather not wait around all day because last year it was 6:30pm before it arrived and I just had to sit around waiting on it.
