Time quoted in UPS tracking are all local time, China is half a day earlier than US. My phone has been there since the 19th and I'm not worried.

I'm still stuck in PROCESSING! Even though my original order says delivers 9/25, I'm gonna cancel my order and reorder a 16GB Silver 6S, which shows as still being 9/25 delivery. Just in case. I think something is wrong with my original order

Apple generally doesn't post that it has shipped (even if it has) until the day before, maybe 2 before. It may have seemed like it was once your phone entered the US, because that is generally the timeline of when they come over.

Has anyone received a shipping email from Apple? Mine still says processing for shipment. I know I can track with my order #, but find it strange that it hasn't changed to shipped since the 19th.

Calling them won't work. The customer has to make the change via the website, but it's not working.

I last year was able to tell them to make a change.... Maybe this is new but I'm fairly certain you can authorize it over the phone.

So I only have 1 tracking number for one of my phones.

Just got the apple email saying sign up for personal setup.

So I checked the status of both of my phones and they have changed to Preparing for Dispatch!

I have the same problem, they said it will be available to change once it gets uploaded into the US system. But now it's in Alaska and it still hasn't changed, they just did the hold for me over the phone. Hopefully it will update soon, if not I'll just call again tomorrow.
