Still shows processing 9/25 delivery.

Just received:

I ordered the same phone about 4 1/2 hours earlier, and I've not gotten any notice about a delay. Hell, those phones are still showing available to deliver 9/25 on the website.
 
Something like that happened to me with apple. I ordered a watch, canceled it and ordered a different watch (changing the band) and the second would not go through. my bank blocked apple from charging me assuming fraud.

Mines has changed to "Preparing for Despatch" so I assume payment is now ok?
 
Still processing here. My husband's son and his fiance went to Best Buy yesterday and preordered their's. Allegedly they also have a 9/25 pick up date, which kind of irritates me because i took the time at 3 in the morning to order it directly from Apple. I wasn't there, so i don't know exactly what happened or what they were told. Heresay is not a good thing :).
 
Something tells me that we will start seeing movements tomorrow but only for some people most of the shipments will occur Monday-Wednesday

Did you order a 6S? or a 6S plus?
 
Yikes, no, no email as yet. But now I'm nervous.
I wouldn't be nervous cuz i haven't seen anyone else report it, so i dont think its widespread. It probably has to do with some billing address weirdness that happened when i ordered. I'm pretty disappointed now though
 
Regular 6S, 128GB Rose Gold... i pre-ordered about 5 minutes after they went live, and it has said on the status page Delivers 9/25. It still says Delivers 9/25 as a matter of fact...
I ordered at about the same time you did, same phone, etc., have not gotten any emails. There is also an option for a text message, so i have that as well, just in case i can't get to my email.

You didn't get a confirmation email from Apple?
 
To address my earlier post: I wouldn't get hopes up - that I agree - but why on earth would they start taking money and doing what they usually do 48-24h before delivery a week in advance? It doesn't make any sense to me. Every  product I've ever bought from the AppleStore - the Watch being the most recent - happened like this. And no week in advance thing. I reckon they're being cautious, and it's a soft launch for online orders only, like as with the watch.

Pick up date will be only if they have phones delivered to the store. We have seen this in the past where it has been a hit or miss for the third party retailers

Same message. Iphone 6s black 64 ordered 6am mst. U.S. Still showing 9/25 delivery.
