I have the same question. I have two phones that I marked as hold. One has a destination scan and the other has an arrival scan. Both still say "In Transit"

Did yours only change to will call after it arrived at you local CC? I put in a will call request at my CC and got a separate tracking number showing the request but my original package is still moving and saying delivery by end of day.

It was automatically approved when I did it 3 days ago but it completed when it arrived this morning. Not sure...

I have two phones that I scheduled for pickup. Only one (girlfriends) so far is ready for pickup. Still waiting to get the all clear on the second one. The one that is ready for pickup has always been in the U.S. The one not quite ready originated from China. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I did an online chat and they said a request was not put in so they did it now I see it says hold for pickup just hope I wasn't too late.

Well, I'm here at the UPS Customer Center, Laurel, Maryland and there is no line. I'm the first one here. I don't even know if my package is being held here because my request hasn't been processed yet.
