Did you turn on iPhone first, go through the set up and then select restore from iTunes backup or did you just plug phone into computer first and got that message?

My gf had hers delivered at 9am this morning. We were out parting last night so we didnt hear the ups man knock. they just left it at the office. We just need to go get it.
Guys, I will use mine in another country, I know the T-mobile device's lte bands fits with the country but don't know how to activate the iPhone. Should I activate with the t-mobile sim card that given with phone or should I wait to go this foreign country to activate phone with their carriers' sim cards?
I actually have an off brand cheap one from eBay that came two in a pack. They are super thin and get the job done without paying an arm and a legs. Pretty durable too. I had one on my 6 plus until the day I sold it with no problems.
I did. Just ship your old phone back in the same box your new one came in and plop a new return label on the box. Apple sent over an email on what exactly to do.
I've been waiting for the UPS guy since I got home at 11:15ish. I had my aunt watching out for me before that. Anxiety is through the roof.
I did, and they didn't send me a box either. I was considering just going to a store to turn it in; is that not allowed? If not, I'll just use the box Apple sent my new one in to send the old one back.
i love iCloud. Took me less than 30 min to setup the new iphone. I got the unlocked T-mobile 6s plus and I put in my AT&T sim card and it worked! I was a little worried about that part. It's now downloading some of the apps. (time to do the happy dance
Anyone else having problems activating via Verizon on an existing line? When I try to do the online activation, I get an error (see pic). I can select other lines on my account with no error...guess this means a trip to the Verizon store tomorrow morning before I can use my new phone.

I'm still on hold with Att but they said I can't return it to the store. They have to mail out a return label and instructions, etc... It will take about 4 business days to receive which would leave 10 business days from then to return...
I live in the Philly burbs just west of Overbrook and UPS cancelled on me. My ZIP code wasn't on the list published previously. I guess I'll have to wait to Monday even though UPS said they were doing some sort of special Saturday delivery when I called...
We did (upgrade with NEXT) and i believe my husband said you have to take it in to an ATT store?

SG iPhone 6s+ been out for Delivery since 8 am. I'm not sure how much longer I can wait! I just keep looking at photos of those that already have their phones! Lol
I've been told the exact opposite. ATT has to either mail you out what you need or send you an email with the return ticket. The lady has me on hold and is still trying to figure out what exactly to do.
Did anyone get a prepaid return label??? I can understand why we didn't -- iPhone came from factory in China... Does everyone have to call ATT and get them to send a prepaid return label???
