Go to your orders on the apple website, select the order for your phone, there should be a link that says "Email Trade-In Instructions" it will send you an email with a link to the label and a PDF of the instructions.
Thanks for the info! We can print out the label and follow the instructions on the PDF. Wish ATT and Apple could have told me this over the phone after all the time I wasted with them on the phone. Yeesh.

For all of us with ATT Next who purchased through Apple will have to call Apple to get a return label and packaging material. I'm still on hold with Apple so this is dynamic and could change...

EDIT: ATT doesn't have our shipping or billing info because we bought through Apple. That is why they can't provide the return label...

Wow, it's day one! Why are you guys returning them already? I haven't even gotten mine delivered as UPS usually comes very late here.
 
Yes for me.

I reserved at CC. Showed "Destination Scan" from 7am. Waited until 1pm and went there on my way to lunch. Checked status on my phone at door before I went in, and it still said "Destination Scan". However, they found my phone without any issue. Just wrote down my name and address and stand in line (two person in front of me), and they brought the phone out within a min.
Mine wasn't available till 2 hours later and that was probably because I was really nice to the guy and he was looking for it. He called me when he had it in his hand.

No problem, I spent a while talking to both also and neither one had a clue. The email they send only has a small "Click Here" link for the label. Not user friendly at all.

Yeah, I didn't notice that until I read about it here. They could have displayed it a little more prominently.

Just picked up my Silver 6S+ just an hour ago. It's actually weird ... it feels like I bought a copy of my 6+, but its crazy faster on Touch ID. Yeah, it'll be fun carrying both pluses for a year! lol

No, we just realized there was no return label in the box for our old trade-in phone for att next. Stanw35 set us straight on where to find the trade-in info for our old phone.

You're not going to believe this ... I checked the order status and it says "incorrect address" and the zip code was wrong - it a nearby community! Now my iPhone is in UPS limbo. Now what?
 
Dude, it's time to join us in this decade, upgrade your Mac to a new OS already. :)

I wish - but I am running ProTools 8.03. Next step up is PT9 - but PTools 9 won't run on Snow Leopard. To buy a version of PTools that will I have to spend $1,000 on new software. Don't want to spend $1,000 just to be able to sync my 6+ with my Mac. I think I will have to zero format my Hard Drive and then partition it.
 
UPS guy just dropped off the phone. Told me there were only 3 total on his delivery route today. Is the 6s a bust?

Don't think so. My driver was loaded up and really unhappy about it. He doesn't know when he will be able to go home tonight. Says today is worse than Christmas eve.
 
That sucks. Call UPS. See if they can do something.

On the tracking site in MY UPS, there was a button to correct the address. I entered the right zip and then called their Customer Service number that an Apple Store chat provided. A recorded message said they had received updated delivery information and to check back later and see what will happen. They did say there'll be deliveries tomorrow (Saturday) - something very unusual around here. No matter, though. It looks like I won't get my iPhone today. Bummer is an understatement.
 
Unbelievable! My iPhone now has been delayed once again. Ups screwed up at the sorting facility here in Seattle and will be rescheduled for Monday. I must have bad karma because this is 3 years in a row. I'm getting ready to donate to charities or help an elder cross the road.
 
I am really liking the added heft and different aluminum feel on the 6s+ which is weird to say but it doesn't feel as slippery. Its still slippery don't get me wrong but it doesn't feel anywhere near as slick as the last version.
