This is the first flight from China -> Alaska to popup since the weekend. So it's looking good.

UPS77 departs from Shenzhen airport to Alaska in just under 4 hours. For those of us with iPhones still in China, this may be our flight!

No, that's looking bad! Shenzhen is nowhere near ZhengZhou. :p

It leaves in three hours. I'd say if you don't get an origin scan sometime soon, your phone will not be on that flight. If you have an entry in your support profile, you should be able to figure out which factory, and if it is anywhere near Shenzhen.

Probably some good news with flightaware:

I have a feeling my phone is on this flight as it is reading, "DEPARTED" from Shenzhen. I guess I will have to wait and see in 14 hours or so!

I went through my support file and my iPhone 6 and 5S aren't included on the page. But, all my earlier iPhones are there. This is sort of weird. I wonder if my 6S will appear.

Did you order from Apple or from elsewhere on those phones? If you order from Apple using that AppleID, the phones should end up there automatically. If you get it somewhere else (carrier, Best Buy, etc.) then you'll have to add them yourself, because Apple has no way to tell they're yours.

I think mine is on that flight, too. I was finally able to get a tracking number AND see it in my profile. So, does this mean I can't change things to pick it up at my local hub until later this afternoon? I was told I couldn't do it until it hits US soil.

I literally just changed mine for pickup at my local customer service center. It worked for me, but at first I had to log in and out a couple of times before it actually went through. Now it is showing for pick up at CC for 9/25/2015.

When did yours depart and from where? I can't because it just departed from China about 65 minutes ago and hasn't hit the US yet.

my factory says Zengshou, is that bad?
You will want to look for a flight leaving from Zhengzhou. For example, the flight everybody is talking about above is leaving from Shenzhen, which is not anywhere near Zhengzhou. But there is nothing wrong with Zhengzhou. It's a fine place. Really.

Agreed. If you go back and read through the forums, Zhengzhou seems to be more common than Shenzhen actually.

Oh, yes! I bought them from my carrier! This one should appear though! Thank you!

I think mine is on the same flight. I wonder why I can't change things, but you can? I'm now finally getting a little worried (and ticked off). I'd rather not have to wait all day to get it when people who are camping out will get theirs before I do.

Well, I was also having issues, but receiving different messages before I got through. I would try again in the morning, you still have a solid 3-4 days before it NEEDS to change to be able to pick up at CC... I am sure it will work, but it seems to me that all of these Shenzhen people are being processed through UPS currently which could cause some server troubles? Just a guess, who actually knows in the world technology what is ACTUALLY going on...
