Got my phone in support profile and PFS for almost 3 days, but no UPS tracking yet :(

One of my phones (6S 64 RG ATT) is in the same situation, the other one (6S+ 64 SG ATT) is now visible in support profile and also via UPS my choice.

They are just following different routes, don't worry, it will arrive on time :)
 
Has anyone whose phone is in Zhengzhou moved past the "ZhengZhou, China 09/19/2015 9:55 P.M. Arrival Scan"?

At least they finally charged my amex (applepay)... after I found a tracking number. Now I can finally work on restoring my 6+ (so it doesn't mess with the applepay token for this purchase)
Mine has been in Zhengzhou for a couple of days.
 
I went at lunch last year and the guy at my UPS hub said there was 20-30 "angry nerds" waiting outside banging on the door at 8am.

LOL. I don't doubt there was a line. This is why I have delivery to my local store. I've never not had a line at CC, even when it wasn't an iphone launch day.
 
My phone (week 38) is still sitting in Zhengzhou since the 19th. I'm having issues with UPS as my default is to have it picked up at the UPS store but I've changed this order to be picked up at the CC but the website still shows that it's being delivered to the store. I've called UPS a few times to try to change it but they just say that the newest update on their end says it'll be at the CC. I sure hope they're right!

Doesn't your estimate for the store delivery say that it won't be delivered until the 28th?
 
How do you determine the week of production? I looked up my 6S Plus in My Support and its serial number is shown but I couldn't find any reference to a week number.
 
Still listed as prepare to ship. No tracking details on mychoice. But I did just get this pointless email.

You can either use one of the serial number lookup services, or you can look at the 5th character of your serial number, see what position it is in "123456789CDFGHJKLMNPQRTVWXY" and add 26. So, "F" is in the 12th position, so 26+12=38th week.
 
Has anyone not been shipped or received any tracking numbers like me?

I'm in one of the UPS zip codes with the Pope issue, do you think Apple is going to hold onto it because of the delay?
It would be nice if they could ship it out to be delivered the day before.....

Everything's preparing for shipment now but there's nothing on my Support Profile.

I think I'm just going to ignore it and wait until Thursday / receive an e-mail from UPS MyChoice. It seems that Apple has a lot of voodoo going on with its Supply Chain... not very useful to try and speculate too much...
 
Mine shows Preparing for shipment, and my apple support profile shows serial number as of Sunday. But nothing in UPS yet when i check with reference number. Anybody else in the same boat?
 
I have the exact same tracking! Seems like our phones are together. Could you please tell me what says your tracking about the destination? Since mine displays "TO: FOSTER CITY, CA, US" even though I live in France.. Thx

So you have UPS tracking info, and you are in Europe?! :eek: How did you find it? I thought all European orders weren't getting tracking from China?

Has anyone got UPS tracking who is not in the US?
 
Has anyone seen theirs that were on the same plane from Hong Kong at the same time see theirs get checked in in Alaska?
