I cannot get the reference thing to work using my phone number. Apple doesn't have my phone number correct under the order details either, so I wonder if that's the problem. I've used dashes, without the dashes. I'm using area code as well and nothing is pulling up.

Th device is in PFS and is showing up in my support profile now though.

Has anyone not been shipped or received any tracking numbers like me?

I'm in one of the UPS zip codes with the Pope issue, do you think Apple is going to hold onto it because of the delay?
It would be nice if they could ship it out to be delivered the day before.....

my friend works for UPS and she says they are delivering early on Friday to make sure that the trucks are back in time. So you can call them if you want to confirm but she works in Philadelphia

I see no departure scan from Hong Kong. Those planes are all landing in Alaska shortly, so if you don't have an arrival scan in Alaska within half an hour, then your phone was very unlikely to have been on any of those planes.

Yup, still in ZhengZhou. My Apple store page still says PFS, but UPS says picked up.

Mine too. I'm hoping it is on this flight. Not sure if Apple would transport the phones through Cargolux before handing them back to UPS. But you never know...

Thanks. I got a little worried because my phone disappeared from My Support Profile. I guess that happened because I had it changed to pick up at my local CC, which was done. I can finally see that change in UPS.

UPS simply doesn't have any shipment information yet. There's nothing that says they have to. You can have prepared to ship, and a phone in your support profile, and not have any info in UPS.

Same exact situation. More then likely will be updated this evening considering ship times 7 minutes prior just landed in Alaska.

Same. Nothing listed under UPS. But my phone is in my apple support profile. And still says preparing to ship. Just no tracking. And my card is pending charges still.

Not sure how accurate the chipmunk.nl site is, but I ordered a 6s+ 64GB, and my serial number is saying 128GB??? Hmmm... ? Guess I'll find out on Friday!

I got the same thing on my 2 64GB phones. Guessing it's a glitch.

Mine made it to Anchorage Alaska about an hour ago.

Anyone change delivery to a UPS store and have an idea of when delivery will be? Will it still be on the 25th or will it change it to a weird date like next week?

Hate that on the ups my choice app it doesn't tell you prior to selecting. I am afraid to hit submit after picking my ups store lol

Worse comes to worst, it would be delivered that day (the 25th) to the store, and then not ready until Saturday. Most of the stores around me are open Saturdays so I wouldn't expect it to get pushed back to the following week. I would still recommend having it held at a Customer Center though, as that pretty much eliminates chance of not getting it the 25th.

Well, my phone hasn't disappeared from my Support Profile.. but I had changed the delivery to my local CC. But since Thursday when I was charged... my only concern was being able to see tracking information. Now, that I have tracking information.. that's good enough for me.

My iphones are in Harrisburg, PA now with UPS. I also ordered with att subsidy, but sill processing, I think I leave subsidy, unlocking problems and the service to Att. They can enjoy it, but without me. I flipped my coin, I get att subsidy phones in time and unlock them somewhere for the 1st 13 days, I stay with att, if not = t-mobile.

After I submitted a change to my local UPS CC.. there was no date altered. But I guess when it gets updated later on tonight when it arrives in AK.. then I'll know if it changes. But I think it won't be a problem...

Also, you could always pre-sign, if you felt comfortable with it.
