I am also getting what you are getting on the mobile app, but checking out the website it says "Hold for Pickup", so I am OK. I just want to see mine back in my Support Profile. I guess when I changed things this morning to be picked up at my CC, it took it out of my profile, but an Apple agent said it should be back on tomorrow.I checked the website by the tracking number and it just shows my change delivery request and says "on time" still so hopefully that is correct.

I got this same email last year, but I didn't get it til Thursday night at 7:00pm, the day before preorders were being delivered. All that week I sat at preparing for shipment with no tracking number. I was freaking out but everyone told me not to worry. My husbands phone showed up on launch day and mine was delayed. Had to do with how many NEXT devices we were already paying on. You can only have 4 on your account at one time. I had one scheduled to pay off when I payed my next bill, but that didn't matter. I wasn't able to get my iPhone 6 til one of our 4 devices was paid off. I ordered two phones this year just in case it happened to me again! It sucked. I'm so sorry. These carriers make it so hard to get the phone. And the carrier system doesn't always communicate properly with Apple's system. I ended up searching high and low on launch day last year and still found a phone. Good luck! Let us know what they say at customer service. This sucks so bad.![]()
Same here, my 6S+ 64 SG ATT has tracking since yesterday but my wife's 6S 64 RG ATT still shows PFS but no tracking or support profile.

Same. I have the same time of arrival at ZhengZhou too, so do most others (9:55 PM).
I'm not sure if they take it to Hong Kong to ship it or somewhere else. Flightaware says there are no more UPS flights from China -> Alaska though for at least another few hours.

I have to choose a UPS store.. the hub is like 20minutes away and i have work and they are closed on weekendsAre you choosing a UPS Customer Center location, or just a UPS store / access point? If it says Monday the 28th, then don't choose it... it will likely reach your hub on the 25th and then travel to the access point for pickup on Monday. Don't you have an option for the USP customer center? I changed mine to our local UPS hub and it still shows Friday (and also says hold for pickup). Use the free UPS Choice account.
