AHHHH!!!! I got this same email last year, but I didn't get it til Thursday night at 7:00pm, the day before preorders were being delivered. All that week I sat at preparing for shipment with no tracking number. I was freaking out but everyone told me not to worry. My husbands phone showed up on launch day and mine was delayed. Had to do with how many NEXT devices we were already paying on. You can only have 4 on your account at one time. I had one scheduled to pay off when I payed my next bill, but that didn't matter. I wasn't able to get my iPhone 6 til one of our 4 devices was paid off. I ordered two phones this year just in case it happened to me again! It sucked. I'm so sorry. These carriers make it so hard to get the phone. And the carrier system doesn't always communicate properly with Apple's system. I ended up searching high and low on launch day last year and still found a phone. Good luck! Let us know what they say at customer service. This sucks so bad.
