Just hit 3 hours since my import scan in Kentucky. Anyone know from the past how long it is after that, until it moves out?

Some may move this afternoon, most overnight tonight. Depends on flights scheduled.

My Gold Max left Incheon on 9/20/2018 11:07pm. I wonder how they are going to make it to Cincinnati in less than 24hrs.

Easy, just gotta make it to Louisville before like 2am, so they can get on a truck to either Sharonville or Downtown and arrive by 4am.

You guys are lucky. I pre-ordered with AT&T and FedEx is delivering. I contacted them and they will not hold the package at any of their locations for me.

Yeah, I had the same experience with FedEx last year with my iPhone X ordered from Verizon.

Mine was stuck there forever, and I just got a bunch of updates about it being in transit. Apparently it's now:

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/20/2018 6:13 P.M. Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city.

I've seen this happen in past years. The computer is doing an estimation. If Apple says it will be on 9/21, 99% you will get it on 9/21. The only time I've seen it actually change is if there's a mechanical failure at UPS.

No departure scan for me either, though that doesn't necessarily mean they haven't left! As 274+ pages attest, the correlation between UPS scans and real-world location is loose. Everything else from Apple/UPS indicates delivery as expected tomorrow.
