No order confirmation yet. I searched for tracking # using my order order # (W + 7 digits).
After doing some digging. It appears that all the phones that have been shipped with UPS worldwide express will ALL deliver by 10:30 AM
I don't think this is true. On my tracking page the shipping method is listed as Next Day Air Saver. It says it will be delivered by the end of day on the 21st since its residential. If I log into my choice, it says it will be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 but could take longer depending on the drivers workload or other variables. And I am betting the drivers are going to have a pretty big workload that day.
Edit: Sorry, misread your post and thought you were saying something else. I think my eyes are getting burned out looking at these screens all day. Maybe I need to rest them.

We might get an email tomorrow.. But I'm betting Wed.. I'm just excited my shipment says 9/21. When I ordered the iphone 4 3 years ago I was in the mix of people who couldn't order until the day after ordering opened. So mine was 3 weeks after everyone else... They'll get to us on Friday.. Apple will make sure of it...
There are a couple of you on here in the same boat, I wouldn't be concerned at this time. The phone is probably in one of the stateside facilities and they just haven't got around to it yet.
so weird my 16gb black AT&T iPhone 5 doesn't have any two consecutive numbers to show week number it was built.

FYI Next Day Air Saver has ALWAYS had a delivery time of "End of the day" for residential addresses. So any packages shipped with "Next Day Air Saver" would've been delivered at the end of the day -- regardless of Apple.
UPS Worldwide service has a delivery commitment of 10:30AM / 12PM.
EDIT: the screen cap posted earlier shows tracking for a "Next Day Air Saver" delivery. MAYBE there's hope for a morning delivery for those shipped with UPS Worldwide; if only to avoid the activation swamp! But if not -- as long as it arrives on the 21st!

Just out of curiosity, did your iPhone actually get to you 3 weeks later, or did the ship date get moved up?
You are probably tracking someone else'e phone that just happens to have the same 7 digits in the order number.
Use the billed to phone number listed in your apple account.
Has the SN showed up on your "My Support Profile" on Apple? If not it probably is not in the shipping system yet. If its there, use the phone numbers listed there to attempt to find it on UPS.com.

Typically the time commit is 10:30 for the service level. However, it is impossible for the drivers to delivery every phone before 10:30 AM so the commit time has been suspended. I am sorry for any confusion represented by the two time differenced.

most of us see 8 reference fields (2 duplicated)
field 8 is the apple order number with the W and w/o the last 2 digits

So I bought my iphone 5 on friday, but Im on a family plan and the primary holder of the account (my mom) lives at a different address... I tried calling, apple and ask if the shipping address could be changed but as you can guess, that day Phone lines were busy all day and I was traveling outside the US... sadly I had no way to contact apple until today when I returned to the States, my order status with apple says 'Preparing for shipment'. So i called apple and told them my situation and they sent a request to the carrier (UPS) to change the address... BUT since my order status said PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT, I thought it hadnt been sent yet. Well I went to the UPS website and checked if they had already sent it using my phone number to find my package and turns out they have already mailed it and this is the shipment progress so far.

Mine hasn't either. I wonder if they switched our phones on to another plane ? Let's hope not held up in customs!
