Ok so I haven't skimmed through 170 pages of this thread but has anyone else who preordered within 8 minutes and have the 9/21 delivery date still not have had their iPhone shipped yet?

My delivery changed. It was "by the end of day for residential". Now is by 10:30 am. Maybe it will change again. I hope it stay that way so I don't have to stay home. Orlando, FL

Perfect, they won't be lonely on their trip to Aggieland! Hey I'll let you know when my update status changes haha. I still haven't gotten a notification from Apple yet of the shipment.

I think they are pretty lucky.. they get to be Aggie iPhones! Cant wait to take a panorama pic of Kyle Field on Saturday. Haha I haven't received a notification either, but I'll let you know if mine changes.

None are in shipped status at Apple. The first post is still current. Yours may be with UPS though. More info in the first post.

Mine doesn't say shipped on the Apple order status page. I know it's been shipped though because I did the track by reference. I think we might see more 'Shipped' statuses tomorrow.

If you click all current UPS flights on the FlightAware site there are a lot of planes all headed for Louisville at onece. Wonder how many are just for the iPhone.

NERDS READ: The coordination effort within UPS is unreal. 2 million? iPhones coming from Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Addison, Nashville, Louisville, WHEREVER... to be held on apple's direct orders for delivery ONLY on Friday. Insane. Hundreds of thousands of phones to manipulate and track all the while biz as usual. INSANITY!

I heard UPS drivers only make two left turns on their whole route. One when they are leaving HQ, and the second when they are heading back to HQ.

Lol, I actually saw a UPS driver make a left today. The only reason I remember is because it was a double left turn lane and he was on the inside, I was in the outside lane. I don't think he was paying attention, because as we were turning, he cut into my lane and nearly hit me. I didn't make a fuss over it, because he may be delivering my iPhone on Friday and I don't want to be his last delivery. :p;)

My partner is a UPS package car driver and has been instructed to go into work early on Friday and start his route early so customers can get their iPhones. He may still end his route late due to the amount of regular deliveries that day.

Meanwhile both of our iPhones tracking has not been updated.

His Black 32GB AT&T left Anchorage at 12:58 AM on the 18th
My White 64GB AT&T left Chek Lap Kok at 4:12 AM on the 19th on UPS59 which is scheduled to land in 10 minutes

In the meantime...anyone looking forward to the iOS update?
:D

I already have it.

Panorama shots are sublime. However you can't do super panos, like 3 rows or such. However, going left to right or right to left, it's perfection, very professional, not like any iPhone app I have ever tried.

Flyover is very good. It does not work for all locations. Like, my parents home town, population 150,000, the buildings look flat and unrendered. For my home town, population 1.5 mil, it's absolutely amazing. However there is this, Modern Warfare rendering look to all the buildings. Our capitol building looks a bit odd, close up.

There's a lot of little touches here or there, that you will like. YouTube is gone, and Podcasts have a separate app. So you now can get a dedicated YouTube app from Google.

I haven't noticed many if any changes in the GUI or gestures.

Suri is more responsive and seems to work much better.
