Notice the ship date. I highly doubt Apple shipped out an iPhone 5 to a customer the same day pre-orders started.....

So I've tried every freaking possibility of how to check my phone via reference # on UPS. All different telephone #s, and the variation of order #s!

I've been prepping for shipping for well over 24 hours. Am I the only one in this boat? Holiday shipping. Nothing up on support profile either.

It shipped from Fort Worth, TX since it was an AT&T phone. Just not an iPhone 5.

Also notice the weight which is correct for an iPhone so I would vote for an iPhone 4S refurb.

I tried mine with my phone number earlier this morning and it didn't show anything. Just checked it half hour or so ago and it came up.

why doesn't ups my choice give me any options to hold it at will call?

It gave me the option to have it held but earliest I could pick it up would have been Sept 24 so I canceled out
